【摘要】：上市公司相關(guān)信息是資本市場信息的重要部分，是證券監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)、投資者、其他參與主體獲取上市公司經(jīng)營和運(yùn)作情況的重要渠道，是實(shí)施監(jiān)管和做出投資決策的重要依據(jù)。上市公司的信息披露是證券市場的一項(xiàng)重要制度，在我國實(shí)行的是強(qiáng)制信息披露制度，它要求上市公司必須披露對上市公司股票價(jià)格可能產(chǎn)生重大影響的所有信息。 上市公司信息披露電子化是信息披露制度與現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)、尤其是軟件工程、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)緊密結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普及，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為資訊傳播最高效、最便捷的方式之一，，與指定報(bào)刊和指定網(wǎng)站互為補(bǔ)充，為我國證券市場上市公司信息披露提供更高效和更豐富的手段。 隨著業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展和工作流程的調(diào)整，現(xiàn)有天津國資公司下屬的上市公司信息披露過程不能完全滿足實(shí)際工作業(yè)務(wù)需求。今后當(dāng)前天津國資公司的上市公司信息披露電子化系統(tǒng)的需求也將不斷的演化，需要考慮到對現(xiàn)在的業(yè)務(wù)需求側(cè)重的系統(tǒng)定制開發(fā)，以解決現(xiàn)在問題，滿足實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求，提高工作效率，減輕工作量，但是同時(shí)也要考慮到將來的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:The relevant information of listed companies is an important part of capital market information. It is an important channel for securities regulatory agencies, investors and other participants to obtain the operation and operation of listed companies. It is an important basis for implementing supervision and making investment decisions. The information disclosure of listed companies is an important system in the stock market, which is enforced in our country. It requires listed companies to disclose all information that may have a significant impact on the stock prices of listed companies. Electronic disclosure of information of listed companies is the result of the close combination of information disclosure system and modern information technology, especially software engineering, computer network and so on. With the popularity of network technology, the Internet has become one of the most efficient and convenient ways to disseminate information. It is complementary to designated newspapers and periodicals and designated websites, and provides a more efficient and abundant means for the disclosure of information of listed companies in China's securities market. With the development of business and the adjustment of work flow, the information disclosure process of listed companies under Tianjin State Capital Company can not fully meet the actual business needs. In the future, the needs of the electronic information disclosure system of listed companies in Tianjin State Capital Company will continue to evolve. It is necessary to take into account the customized development of the system focused on the current business needs in order to solve the current problems and meet the actual business needs. Improve work efficiency, reduce workload, but also take into account future business development needs.
