【摘要】：基于入戶問卷調(diào)查的切身感受和調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的理性思考,本著對(duì)農(nóng)地承包經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)抵押貸款環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、農(nóng)戶風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和機(jī)構(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制總的控制效果進(jìn)行綜合、量化評(píng)估的研究目標(biāo),通過構(gòu)建有序兩步Logistic-DEA模型的實(shí)證分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)地估價(jià)突破點(diǎn)、農(nóng)戶分類關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)這三個(gè)要點(diǎn)是進(jìn)行農(nóng)地承包經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)抵押貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制效果評(píng)估的重點(diǎn);技術(shù)改進(jìn)后的控制效果技術(shù)有效,規(guī)模無效。建議對(duì)老齡農(nóng)戶、純農(nóng)業(yè)戶和專業(yè)農(nóng)戶三類農(nóng)戶家庭給予更多的人文關(guān)懷以收到更好的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the personal experience of household questionnaire survey and the rational thinking of statistical analysis of investigation data, this paper synthesizes the overall control effect of environmental risk control, peasant household risk control and institutional risk control of farmland contracted management right mortgage loan. The objective of quantitative evaluation is to construct an orderly two-step Logistic-DEA model. The results show that: the breakthrough point of farmland valuation, the key point of farmers' classification, The three key points of risk control are the key points of risk control evaluation of agricultural land contract management right mortgage loan, the control effect after technical improvement is effective and the scale is invalid. It is suggested that more humanistic care should be given to the aged farmers, pure farm households and professional farmers in order to get better risk control effect.
