【摘要】：正我國融資租賃業(yè)發(fā)展始于80年代初,目的是引進(jìn)外資、發(fā)展服務(wù)貿(mào)易和支持國內(nèi)企業(yè)技術(shù)改造。根據(jù)監(jiān)管單位和注冊資金來源不同,我國融資租賃公司可分為金融租賃公司、外商投資融資租賃公司和內(nèi)資融資租賃試點企業(yè),分別受銀監(jiān)會和商務(wù)部監(jiān)管。近幾年來,隨著國內(nèi)融資租賃相關(guān)法律法規(guī)日益完善,特別是在一系列相關(guān)利好政策的推動下,我國融資租賃業(yè)步入迅速發(fā)展的軌道,已發(fā)展成為僅次于美國的世界第二租賃大國。截至2015年末,全
