【摘要】："融資難、融資貴"是困擾我國(guó)科創(chuàng)中小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的難題,要緩解科創(chuàng)中小微企業(yè)融資難,必須創(chuàng)新金融服務(wù)模式,而以"債權(quán)+股權(quán)"融資的投貸聯(lián)動(dòng),是緩解科創(chuàng)中小微企業(yè)融資難的新模式,美國(guó)硅谷銀行開(kāi)創(chuàng)的投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)和英國(guó)的"中小企業(yè)發(fā)展基金",就是金融機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)科創(chuàng)中小微企業(yè)的成功典范。但我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在試點(diǎn)運(yùn)作科創(chuàng)中小微企業(yè)投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)中,卻面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制、業(yè)務(wù)退出機(jī)制與配套服務(wù)機(jī)制等不完善的挑戰(zhàn)。為推進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行科創(chuàng)中小微企業(yè)投貸聯(lián)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)的健康發(fā)展,本文提出了一些對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:"difficulty in financing, expensive in financing" is a difficult problem that puzzles the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. In order to alleviate the difficulty of financing in small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology, we must innovate the mode of financial service, and combine the financing with "creditor's rights and equity". It is a new mode to ease the difficulty of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. The investment and loan linkage initiated by American Silicon Valley Bank and the "SME Development Fund" of Britain are the successful models of financial institutions and services departments to create small and medium-sized enterprises. However, the commercial banks in our country are facing the imperfect challenges such as risk compensation mechanism, business exit mechanism and supporting service mechanism. In order to promote the healthy development of the joint venture and loan business of Chinese commercial banks, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
