【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民收入的快速增長(zhǎng)和旅游消費(fèi)觀念的逐步轉(zhuǎn)變以及全國(guó)高速公路網(wǎng)的進(jìn)一步完善，居民自駕游和自助游已成為旅游的主流方式之一。全面為自駕游和自助游提供服務(wù)的汽車露營(yíng)地項(xiàng)目就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。汽車露營(yíng)地項(xiàng)目是融合了體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)于一體的新型的綜合性商業(yè)地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目。 本文運(yùn)用成本--效益的投資決策分析理論和方法，從汽車露營(yíng)地的概念出發(fā)，分析了該項(xiàng)目的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)背景及目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，論述了在包頭地區(qū)建設(shè)汽車露營(yíng)地項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)必要性；通過調(diào)研，綜合分析了包頭地區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)條件優(yōu)勢(shì)和消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)狀況，論述了項(xiàng)目的前景；最后從項(xiàng)目的盈利能力、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力、社會(huì)效益、環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面進(jìn)一步論證了項(xiàng)目的可行性。本文還對(duì)項(xiàng)目提出了可持續(xù)發(fā)展和運(yùn)行管理的建議。 研究結(jié)果表明，汽車露營(yíng)地項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)前景良好，項(xiàng)目具有很強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、良好的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、很強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力以及良好的社會(huì)效益和環(huán)境效益。綜合結(jié)論為：在包頭地區(qū)投資建設(shè)汽車露營(yíng)地項(xiàng)目是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's national income and the gradual change of the concept of tourism consumption and the further improvement of the national highway network. Residents' self-driving and self-guided tours have become one of the mainstream ways of tourism. The car camp project which provides services for self-driving and self-visiting has come into being. The car camp project is a combination of the sports industry. Cultural industry, tourism industry in one of the new comprehensive commercial real estate development project. Based on the theory and method of cost-benefit investment decision analysis, this paper analyzes the international, domestic background and current development of the project from the concept of car campsite. This paper discusses the market necessity of building car campsite project in Baotou area. Through investigation and investigation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages of basic conditions and consumption market in Baotou area, and discusses the prospect of the project. Finally, the feasibility of the project is further demonstrated from the aspects of profitability, risk resistance, social benefit and environmental protection, etc. Suggestions for sustainable development and operation management of the project are also put forward in this paper. The results show that the market prospect of the car campsite project is good, the project has a strong market competitiveness and good market economic benefits. The comprehensive conclusion is that it is feasible to invest in the construction of car campsite in Baotou area.
