【摘要】：利用2007年中國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù),使用Tobit模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,系統(tǒng)分析制度質(zhì)量、外資企業(yè)進(jìn)入及其二者交互作用,促進(jìn)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新提升作用機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果表明,制度質(zhì)量的完善、外資的進(jìn)入對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新提升具有顯著的正向作用。與此同時(shí),制度質(zhì)量與外商直接投資進(jìn)入交互作用,對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新具有顯著的負(fù)向影響,進(jìn)而使得外資對(duì)于高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)作用不明顯;制度質(zhì)量的完善對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)私營企業(yè)、外資企業(yè)促進(jìn)作用顯著,對(duì)國有企業(yè)創(chuàng)新不顯著。隨著制度環(huán)境不斷完善,我國高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不能過多依賴外資而應(yīng)注重釋放制度紅利,注重鼓勵(lì)和支持國內(nèi)企業(yè)尤其是私營企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Using the data of China's industrial enterprises database in 2007, using the Tobit model to carry on the empirical research, systematically analyzes the system quality, the foreign capital enterprise enters and the interaction between the two. The research results show that the improvement of system quality and the entry of foreign capital have significant positive effect on the promotion of high-tech industry innovation. The interaction between institutional quality and foreign direct investment (FDI) has a significant negative impact on high-tech industry innovation, which makes the promotion of foreign investment to high-tech industry innovation not obvious; The improvement of system quality plays a significant role in promoting private enterprises in high-tech industries, foreign-funded enterprises, but not in innovation for state-owned enterprises. With the continuous improvement of the institutional environment. China's high-tech innovation should not rely too much on foreign capital, but should pay attention to releasing institutional dividends and encouraging and supporting independent innovation of domestic enterprises, especially private enterprises.
