【摘要】：加快轉變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式是科學發(fā)展觀的重要內容，城市轉變經(jīng)濟增長方式，培育新的經(jīng)濟增長點，減少對資源的依賴，提高城市競爭力已成為城市發(fā)展的重要路徑。資源型城市的轉型與發(fā)展問題近年來成為國內外學者關注的熱點。資源型城市轉型研究是全球性的重要課題。資源型城市的成功轉型，，有利于實現(xiàn)全國全面建設小康社會的目標，保持資源型城市的社會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在理論研究的基礎上，本文進行了資源型城市轉型的系統(tǒng)、評價及實證研究。選題具有重要的理論意義和實踐價值。本文在以下方面有明顯創(chuàng)新。 論文構建了資源型城市轉型系統(tǒng)，分析了壓力系統(tǒng)、制約力系統(tǒng)、推力系統(tǒng)及支撐力系統(tǒng)如何共同推進資源型城市的發(fā)展和演化，探討了資源型城市轉型系統(tǒng)的反饋回路及其相互耦合作用。論文運用所構建的構造資源型城市轉型系統(tǒng)的仿真模型，進行仿真模擬分析，對資源型城市發(fā)展模式進行了探討和選擇，為實現(xiàn)資源型城市的成功轉型提供了支持。 本文構建了由資源型城市效率評價體系和資源型城市效果評價體系兩部分組成的資源型城市綜合評價系統(tǒng)，確定了評價指標體系，建立了綜合評價模型，提供決策依據(jù)。論文以資源型城市為對象，進行了資源型城市轉型效率與效果評價，得到了有重要價值的結論。 本文提出了基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀的城市綠色轉型系統(tǒng)，建立了資源型城市綠色轉型系統(tǒng)的三維結構模型，模型分別從原因維、主體維和目標維三個維度對資源型城市的綠色轉型系統(tǒng)進行分析，闡述了資源型城市綠色轉型的原因、主體和目標，進一步豐富和發(fā)展了資源型城市綠色轉型系統(tǒng)的內涵及路徑。 論文進行了實證研究，在對資源型城市進行了現(xiàn)狀分析和SWOT評價的基礎上，提出了轉型戰(zhàn)略指導思想，并進行了經(jīng)濟轉型、城市轉型、社會轉型的目標、措施和路徑的研究，對該資源型城市轉型具有重要的參考價值。 論文的研究成果對我國資源型城市的成功轉型具有重要的理論意義和較大的參考價值。
[Abstract]:To accelerate the transformation of economic development is an important part of Scientific Outlook on Development City, change the mode of economic growth, foster new economic growth points, to reduce dependence on resources, improve the competitiveness of the city has become an important path for city development. Transformation and development of the resource-based city in recent years has become the focus of attention of scholars at home and abroad. The transformation of resource-based city research is an important global issue. The successful transformation of the resource-based city, is conducive to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society, to maintain social and economic sustainable development of the resource-based city. Based on the research on the theory, this paper made a systematic study on the transformation of Resource-based City, evaluation and demonstration. The topic has important theoretical significance and practical value. This paper has obvious innovation in the following aspects.
The paper constructs the system transformation of Resource-based City, analyzes the pressure system, control system, propulsion system and support system to jointly promote the development and evolution of Resource-based City, discusses the system transition of Resource-based City feedback loop and interaction. The simulation model of system structure transformation of the resource-based city and simulation analysis, the development of resource-based city and discusses the mode of choice, provides support for the successful transformation of the resource-based city.
This paper constructs the evaluation system and the evaluation system of the efficiency of the resource type city of resource type city two part of a comprehensive evaluation of resource based city system, determine the evaluation index system, establish a comprehensive evaluation model, provide the basis for decision making. Based on the resource-based city as the object, evaluate the efficiency and effect of the transformation of the resource type city, get the conclusion has important value.
This paper puts forward the concept of sustainable development of the city green transformation system based on three-dimensional structure model of resource-based city green transformation system, model respectively from reason dimension, analyzed three dimensions of the main target of peacekeeping dimension of resource-based city green transformation system, expounds the reasons of green transformation of Resource-based City, the subject and the object, to further enrich and develop the connotation and path of resource based city green transformation system.
This paper makes an empirical study based on the resource type city for analysis and evaluation of SWOT, put forward the guiding ideology and the strategic transformation, economic transformation, city transformation, social transformation, research measures and methods, has important reference value for the resource-based city transformation.
The research results of this paper have important theoretical significance and great reference value for the successful transformation of China's resource-based cities.
