【摘要】：證券市場作為金融市場的一個重要組成部分,越來越受到廣大投資者的關(guān)注與參與,而資本市場的發(fā)展又對實體經(jīng)濟(jì)起到刺激和推動的作用。在證券傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)競爭日趨激烈,利潤逐年下降的背景下,創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展將引領(lǐng)證券市場走向第三次革命,以證券行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型帶動整個金融行業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展。 延邊地區(qū)在傳統(tǒng)證券業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展中由于地區(qū)的偏遠(yuǎn)性導(dǎo)致不完全競爭,使延邊地區(qū)在證券傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中一直占據(jù)著有利的地位,證券市場的凈利潤在全國同類城市中名列前茅。隨著近年來沿海地區(qū)證券市場的發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)在資本市場獲得了廣闊的發(fā)展空間,而延邊地區(qū)的中小企業(yè)在投融資方面逐漸處于弱勢地位。本文通過比較證券傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)與創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的引入對延邊地區(qū)證券市場和實體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,分析投資者在投資方法、投資決策、投資心理等方面的差異,同時對延邊地區(qū)證券創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)未來在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、輕型營業(yè)部、新三板業(yè)務(wù)等方面進(jìn)行解讀,從而闡明證券創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的引入對延邊地區(qū)證券市場發(fā)展的積極影響。研究期間進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的證券投資者和創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的投資者進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)建模分析,并對現(xiàn)場的多名投資者進(jìn)行了投資者調(diào)查問卷測評和投資者風(fēng)險承受能力測評。在此期間發(fā)現(xiàn)證券創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的投資占比在證券市場中的比重占比已經(jīng)提升到25%至30%,并有逐漸上升的趨勢。因此,延邊地區(qū)證券市場要充分重視創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)的引入發(fā)展,它將有助于刺激延邊地區(qū)證券行業(yè)的第二次發(fā)展,活躍當(dāng)?shù)刭Y本市場,提升中小企業(yè)的在證券市場中的融資比重,發(fā)揮資本市場對延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動作用,幫助地方政府協(xié)助中小企業(yè)共同發(fā)展,并幫助延邊地區(qū)在新一輪的中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型中借助資本市場的力量來服務(wù)延邊的實體經(jīng)濟(jì),推動延邊地區(qū)實體經(jīng)濟(jì)的振興與騰飛。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the financial market, the securities market is paid more and more attention and participation by the investors. The development of the capital market plays a role in stimulating and promoting the real economy. Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition of traditional securities business and the decline of profit year by year. The development of innovative business will lead the securities market to the third revolution, and the transformation of the securities industry will lead the development of the whole financial industry by leaps and bounds. Yanbian area in the development of traditional securities business due to the remoteness of the region leading to incomplete competition, Yanbian area has been occupying a favorable position in the development of traditional securities business. The net profit of the securities market is among the highest in the same cities in China. With the development of the securities market in the coastal areas in recent years, the small and medium-sized enterprises have got a broad development space in the capital market. The investment and financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yanbian area is gradually in a weak position. This paper compares the impact of the introduction of traditional securities business and innovative business on the securities market and the real economy in Yanbian area. This paper analyzes investors' differences in investment methods, investment decisions, investment psychology and so on. At the same time, it interprets the future of securities innovation business in Yanbian area in the aspects of Internet finance, light business department, new three board business and so on. In order to clarify the positive impact of the introduction of securities innovation business on the development of the securities market in Yanbian region. During the research period the traditional business of securities investors and innovative business investors to model the data analysis. A number of investors on the spot were evaluated by investor questionnaire and investor risk tolerance. During this period, it was found that the proportion of investment in securities innovation business in the securities market had risen to 25. % to 30%. Therefore, Yanbian securities market should pay full attention to the introduction and development of innovative business, which will help stimulate the second development of the securities industry in Yanbian region, and activate the local capital market. Enhance the financing proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in the securities market, give play to the role of the capital market to promote the economy of Yanbian, help local governments to assist small and medium-sized enterprises to develop together. It also helps Yanbian region to serve the real economy of Yanbian with the help of the power of capital market in the new round of economic transformation of China, and to promote the revitalization and take-off of the real economy in Yanbian area.
