【摘要】:本文主要對企業(yè)人力資源培訓研究作了綜合闡述。諾誠集團作為一家以房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)為主的民營企業(yè)集團,近年來取得了跨越式的發(fā)展,但由于忽視人力資源培訓工作,導致員工的專業(yè)知識、管理技能及工作態(tài)度等方面跟不上企業(yè)發(fā)展步伐,F(xiàn)有的人力資源培訓工作已不能滿足激烈的市場競爭及公司發(fā)展的需求,急需對諾誠集團的人力資源培訓工作進行健全與優(yōu)化,改革其人力資源培訓體系,確保公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 論文首先對研究的目的、意義,研究的思路及路線圖進行了分析說明,并對國內(nèi)外已有的人力資源培訓研究進行了綜述,論文以諾誠集團為研究對象,主要研究公司在人力資源人才培養(yǎng)方面出現(xiàn)的各種問題和面臨的困難。在整個研究過程中采用多種方式同時開展,拿到第一手資料和數(shù)據(jù),以確保此次研究結(jié)論的準確性,主要采用問卷調(diào)查以及統(tǒng)計分析等研究方法對諾誠集團現(xiàn)有組織架構(gòu)及人力資源狀況進行分析,同時從培訓類型、培訓流程及培訓資源方面對諾誠集團現(xiàn)有的體系開展深入的研究論證,根據(jù)實際情況給公司制定一個完整的方案,幫助公司建立了一套非常完善的體系。這套培訓體系包括以下幾方面:第一是對公司培訓需求的具體分析;第二是對公司整個人力資源培訓的規(guī)劃與設計;第三是培訓的實施與評估。通過以上體系構(gòu)建,最終提出了諾誠集團人力資源培訓體系的實施保障措施。本文兼顧理論與實際操作,力求從一個新高度對諾誠集團人力資源培訓進行探討和研究。
[Abstract]:As a private enterprise group based on real estate development, Nuocheng Group has made leapfrog development in recent years. However, due to the neglect of human resources training, it leads to the professional knowledge of the staff. Management skills and work attitude can not keep up with the pace of enterprise development. The existing human resources training work can no longer meet the fierce market competition and company development needs. It is urgent to perfect and optimize the training of human resources of Northrop Group, to reform its human resource training system and to ensure the sustainable development of the company. First of all, the purpose of the study, significance, research ideas and road map are analyzed and explained, and the existing research on human resources training at home and abroad are summarized, the paper takes Nuocheng Group as the research object. The main research company in the human resources talent training problems and difficulties. In the whole research process using a variety of methods simultaneously to obtain first-hand information and data. In order to ensure the accuracy of this study, this paper mainly uses questionnaire and statistical analysis to analyze the existing organizational structure and human resource situation of Northrop Group, and at the same time, from the training type. Training process and training resources to the existing system of Norchison Group in-depth research and demonstration, according to the actual situation for the company to formulate a complete plan. Help the company to establish a set of very perfect system. This training system includes the following aspects: first, the specific analysis of the company's training needs; The second is the planning and design of the whole human resource training of the company; The third is the implementation and evaluation of training. Through the above system construction, finally put forward the implementation of the human resources training system of Nuocheng Group safeguard measures. Strive to a new level of human resources training of Northrop Group to explore and research.
