【摘要】：產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)歷經(jīng)20多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)多層次資本市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分。伴隨著我國(guó)產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)模日益壯大,業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷擴(kuò)展,融資功能日益強(qiáng)大,產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)對(duì)我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的推動(dòng)效應(yīng)日益顯著,從不同角度作用于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的不同層面,推動(dòng)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)如何推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,其對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到了多大的作用,成為本文研究的核心問題。本文采用了理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法。文章從產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀分析出發(fā),根據(jù)產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)在不同業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀,分析其對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)不同角度和層面的影響路徑,從而最終得出產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的具體效應(yīng)所在。文章運(yùn)用固定效應(yīng)模型和變系數(shù)模型分析了產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)總量之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系,論證了產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的正向推動(dòng)作用。 經(jīng)過研究,本文認(rèn)為產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)對(duì)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有一定的積極作用,但是總體作用程度仍然較小,產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)越發(fā)達(dá),其對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響越大。產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾點(diǎn)：首先,產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)直接促進(jìn)了就業(yè)和相關(guān)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,增加了地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值。其次,從企業(yè)層面來(lái)看,產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)為中小企業(yè)、國(guó)有企業(yè)、高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了股權(quán)流動(dòng)和融資平臺(tái)。再次,從經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)層面來(lái)看,產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)推動(dòng)了我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí),從調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的角度促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。最后,上升到制度層面,產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)通過有效促進(jìn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)流轉(zhuǎn),很好地推動(dòng)了我國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度和現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)制度的形成。
[Abstract]:After 20 years of development of the property market, has become an important part of the multi-level capital market in China. With the development of the scale of China's property market is growing, expanding the scope of business, financing is becoming more and more powerful, the property rights trading market of China's regional economic growth promoting effect, different levels in the region the economy from different angles, to promote regional economic growth. How the property market to promote the development of regional economy, to much effect on regional economic growth has become the core of the paper. This paper uses theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The article. Through the analysis of the present situation of the property market, according to the current situation in different business areas of the property market, the analysis on the regional economic growth is not the same angle Effect of path and level, the specific effects and ultimately come to the property market to promote regional economic growth. This article uses the fixed effects model and variable coefficient model to analyze the relationship between the number of property rights trading market and the regional economy, demonstrates the positive effect to promote the property rights trading market on regional economic growth.
After the study, the property market has played a positive role in the regional economic growth, but overall level is still small, the property market is more developed, its impact on the regional economy more. The property rights trading market on regional economic growth is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, the property rights trading market directly promote the development of employment and related services, increase of GDP. Secondly, from the view of enterprise, property rights trading market for small and medium-sized enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and provides the flow of equity financing platform for the development of high-tech enterprises. Thirdly, from the perspective of economic structure, the property market to promote the upgrade of industrial structure in China and the structure of the state economy, from the perspective of structural adjustment and promote the transformation of economic growth mode. Finally, rise to the level of system, property rights trading market through effective The promotion of the circulation of property rights has greatly promoted the formation of the modern enterprise system and the modern property right system in China.
