【摘要】：本文利用2000~2014年我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資中的聯(lián)合投資數(shù)據(jù),研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心—邊緣結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)規(guī)律。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):大多數(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)處于網(wǎng)絡(luò)邊緣區(qū);核心區(qū)成員個(gè)數(shù)穩(wěn)定,并且占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)注冊(cè)地由境外轉(zhuǎn)向境內(nèi);外資和中外合資持續(xù)成為核心區(qū)成員的資本來(lái)源。局部網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間適度的聯(lián)系使得整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有穩(wěn)健的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)新成員進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)后通過(guò)提高核心度來(lái)提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)地位很困難。
[Abstract]:This paper makes use of the joint investment data from 2000 to 2014 in China's venture capital. The dynamic evolution law of the core edge structure of venture capital network is studied. The results show that most venture capital institutions are in the edge of the network; The number of members in the core area is stable, and the place of registration of the leading venture capital institution shifts from overseas to domestic; Foreign capital and Sino-foreign joint venture continue to be the capital source of the core area members. The moderate connection between the local network makes the whole network have a stable network structure. New network members enter the network by increasing the core degree to enhance the network. Networking is difficult.
