【摘要】：中小企業(yè)是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，它在活躍經(jīng)濟(jì)、解決就業(yè)等發(fā)面發(fā)揮著重要作用，長(zhǎng)期以來，中小企業(yè)融資難問題始終得不到有效解決。實(shí)踐證明以銀行為主體的間接融資對(duì)大中型企業(yè)特別是盈利能力強(qiáng)的企業(yè)發(fā)揮重要作用，但對(duì)中小企業(yè)關(guān)注不足。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的今天，通過國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明，作為金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的私募股權(quán)基金可以很好的改善這一問題。因此，，研究私募股權(quán)基金對(duì)中小企業(yè)的影響，對(duì)解決中小企業(yè)融資問題、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)情，利用西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論，從微觀、中觀、宏觀的角度分析了私募股權(quán)基金促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能，起到了改善公司的關(guān)系治理機(jī)制、有助于融資結(jié)構(gòu)的改變、推進(jìn)了我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的積極效應(yīng)。通過對(duì)私募股權(quán)基金與中小企業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系進(jìn)行博弈分析，得出私募股權(quán)基金的參與改善了中小企業(yè)的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)，維護(hù)了社會(huì)的公平交易機(jī)制。通過實(shí)證研究來檢驗(yàn)理論分析的正確性，實(shí)證研究圍繞企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效和IPO抑價(jià)率這兩個(gè)中心，運(yùn)用描述性分析和多元回歸分析等方法，證實(shí)了私募股權(quán)基金在改善企業(yè)業(yè)績(jī)、推動(dòng)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的作用。最后就改善私募股權(quán)基金的發(fā)展環(huán)境，促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展給出相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of our socialist market economy, which plays an important role in activating the economy and solving the problem of employment for a long time. It has been proved that indirect financing with banks as the main body plays an important role in large and medium-sized enterprises, especially those with strong profitability. In the global economic integration today, through the international and domestic experience, as a financial innovation products, private equity funds can improve this problem very well. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of private equity funds on SMEs, to solve the financing problems of SMEs and to promote the development of SMEs. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research, combined with the reality of our country, this paper makes use of the relevant theories of western economics, from the micro, meso. Macro analysis of the private equity fund to promote the development of small and medium-sized economic function, played a role in improving the relationship of the company governance mechanism, conducive to the change of financing structure. Through the game analysis of the relationship between private equity funds and small and medium-sized enterprises, it is concluded that the participation of private equity funds has improved the corporate governance structure of small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the empirical research to test the correctness of the theoretical analysis, empirical research around the business performance and IPO underpricing rate of the two centers. Using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, this paper proves the role of private equity funds in improving the performance of enterprises and promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, the development environment of private equity funds is improved. To promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to give relevant policy recommendations.
