【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資是資本市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分，更是一個(gè)成熟金融市場(chǎng)不可缺少的一部分，并且具有不可替代性。 1985年，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資（Venture capital）這一概念正式進(jìn)入國(guó)家政策視野.1997年底，國(guó)家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)制研究課題組探索建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資體制，2000年,我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資研究逐步興起。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資更多地是作為一種培育新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、提高國(guó)家的科技創(chuàng)新能力的鼓勵(lì)機(jī)制。我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展明顯地呈現(xiàn)出政府推動(dòng)的特征。 深圳曾是我國(guó)最早的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資中心，但北京與上海這兩大城市的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資行業(yè)不斷發(fā)展，逐漸超過(guò)了深圳，并成為新興的兩大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資地區(qū)。國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資者對(duì)投資區(qū)域都各有側(cè)重。我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資主要投資行業(yè)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，軟件、電子、通信等。慢慢發(fā)展也加入一些高新技術(shù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)，如節(jié)能環(huán)保、醫(yī)藥保健、生物科學(xué)等方面。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資也由政府直接引導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)向政府直接和間接引導(dǎo)并用的方式。 本論文的重點(diǎn)是研究我國(guó)國(guó)家政策制度對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，投資區(qū)域格局及投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)的影響及變化。以史為鑒，，來(lái)研究最近幾年風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的發(fā)展，并結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)證，分析近幾年風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資行業(yè)各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的變化。 中國(guó)政府在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展投資體制的改革中起到了非常重要的作用，近20多年以來(lái)，政策制度的改變對(duì)我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資行業(yè)產(chǎn)生著巨大影響，直接影響其增長(zhǎng)速度和波動(dòng)趨勢(shì)。大力發(fā)展中國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資業(yè)，能夠促進(jìn)科技成果的轉(zhuǎn)化，必將為我國(guó)帶來(lái)極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Venture capital is an important part of capital market and an indispensable part of mature financial market. In 1985, the concept of venture capital investment formally entered the national policy vision. The end of 1997. In 2000, the research on venture capital in China gradually rose. Venture capital is more as a new industry. The emergence and development of venture capital in our country obviously show the characteristics of government promotion. Shenzhen was the earliest venture capital center in our country, but the venture capital industry of Beijing and Shanghai has been developing continuously, and gradually surpassing Shenzhen. And become a new two major venture capital regions. Domestic and foreign venture investors have their own focus on investment areas. China's venture capital investment industry mainly Internet, software, electronics. Slowly developing some high-tech industries, such as energy saving, environmental protection, medicine and health care, biological science, etc. Venture capital has also been directly guided by the government to the way of direct and indirect government guidance. The focus of this paper is to study the impact and changes of China's national policy system on the economic growth of venture capital industry, investment regional pattern and investment industrial structure. To study the development of venture capital in recent years, and combined with the data and empirical analysis in recent years, the changes of venture capital industry data. The Chinese government has played a very important role in the reform of the investment system of China's economic development. In the past 20 years, the change of the policy system has had a great impact on the venture capital industry in China. The development of venture capital industry in China can promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and will bring great economic benefits to our country.
