【摘要】：企業(yè)生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)包含規(guī)模、集中度、反饋機制、企業(yè)家精神、行業(yè)環(huán)境、企業(yè)內(nèi)部六大層面。本文對中小板上市公司的158組抽樣數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同行業(yè)的企業(yè)生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在差異,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響因素包括但不限于:企業(yè)與政府、金融市場的聯(lián)系顯著正向影響創(chuàng)新績效;產(chǎn)學(xué)研平臺、資源整合能力、研發(fā)投入、組織間反饋等正向影響創(chuàng)新績效,但不顯著;與大客戶關(guān)系的集中程度與創(chuàng)新績效呈顯著倒"U"關(guān)系;市場地位負(fù)向影響創(chuàng)新績效。
[Abstract]:The enterprise ecological network includes six levels: scale, concentration, feedback mechanism, entrepreneurship, industry environment, and enterprise interior. This paper makes an empirical study on 158 sets of sampling data of small and medium-sized listed companies. It is found that there are differences in enterprise ecological network in different industries. The influencing factors of enterprise innovation performance include but are not limited to: the relationship between enterprise and government and financial market has a significant positive impact on innovation performance; Research platform, resource integration ability, R & D investment, inter-organizational feedback and other positive impact on innovation performance, but not significant; The degree of concentration and innovation performance of the relationship with the major customers is significantly inverted "U" relationship; Negative market position affects innovation performance.
