【摘要】：提出一種基于支持向量機(jī)的巴拿馬型干散貨船隊(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)區(qū)域選擇方法.該方法考慮4條航線的波羅的海巴拿馬型指數(shù)對(duì)巴拿馬型干散貨船隊(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)者在進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)區(qū)域選擇時(shí)的影響,從而為船東對(duì)自身船舶運(yùn)營(yíng)決策提供參考.為驗(yàn)證模型的準(zhǔn)確性,本文整理了市場(chǎng)上2000多條巴拿馬型散貨船的運(yùn)營(yíng)信息,結(jié)合本文提出的模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算.結(jié)果表明:模型計(jì)算出的船舶航線選擇在大西洋和太平洋上與實(shí)際情況平均相對(duì)誤差分別為4.05%和9.06%.
[Abstract]:A method of selecting operation area of Panamanian dry bulk carrier team based on support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. This method takes into account the influence of the Panama index of the four routes on the operation area selection of the operators of the Panamanian dry bulk carrier fleet, so as to provide a reference for the shipowners to make decisions on the operation of their own ships. In order to verify the accuracy of the model, the operation information of more than 2000 Panamanian bulk carriers on the market is sorted out in this paper, and the calculation is carried out according to the model proposed in this paper. The results show that the average relative errors of the ship route selection calculated by the model are 4.05% and 9.06%, respectively, compared with the actual situation in the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.
