【摘要】：網(wǎng)約車類共享經(jīng)濟(jì)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺把閑置的私家車接入租車服務(wù)行業(yè),并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)對司機(jī)乘客進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)的配對,減少交易成本,使資源配置達(dá)到最優(yōu)效率。網(wǎng)約車一定程度上緩解了出租車運(yùn)力緊張打車難的問題,促進(jìn)了就業(yè),而且有利于轉(zhuǎn)變"物質(zhì)化"的消費(fèi)觀,減少浪費(fèi),節(jié)約能源,發(fā)展綠色環(huán)保型生態(tài)文明社會。網(wǎng)約車類共享經(jīng)濟(jì)是市場參與公共資源配置的新的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,也是對"公地悲劇"理論的修正。目前網(wǎng)約車類共享經(jīng)濟(jì)因涉嫌非法營運(yùn)引發(fā)了不少社會和法律問題,應(yīng)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)約車類共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的治理模式。
[Abstract]:By using the network platform, the idle private cars are connected to the rental service industry, and the drivers and passengers are accurately matched through the network technology, so as to reduce the transaction cost and achieve the optimal efficiency of resource allocation. To a certain extent, online car hailing alleviates the problem of shortage of taxi capacity, promotes employment, and is conducive to changing the consumption concept of "materialization", reducing waste, saving energy and developing a green and environmentally friendly ecological and civilized society. Ride-hailing sharing economy is a new economic model for market participation in the allocation of public resources, and it is also a revision of the theory of "tragedy of the Commons". At present, there are many social and legal problems caused by the suspected illegal operation of the online car-hailing sharing economy, so the governance model of the online car-hailing sharing economy should be constructed.
