千島湖DT客運(yùn)公司基于崗位分析的薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:In the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy, modern enterprise management is facing unprecedented challenges. The core of enterprise management is human resource management, and salary management is the core of human resource management. Any enterprise must establish advanced and scientific salary management concept, through the establishment of a set of reasonable and effective salary management system, in order to attract and retain the outstanding talents of enterprises. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and stimulate the creativity of employees. This paper systematically discusses the theoretical basis, mode, principle and process of salary system design. Taking the salary system design of Qiandao Lake DT passenger Transport Company as an example, through in-depth analysis of the present situation of salary management of Qiandao Lake DT passenger Transport Company, this paper finds out the existing problems, and designs a set of salary management system based on post analysis and performance appraisal, which matches the development characteristics of the company itself. The relatively scientific standard of employee salary file is designed, and then the matching measures such as promotion, performance management, employee training and development are worked out to further complete the evaluation of employee compensation satisfaction and operational benefit analysis, which can improve the salary satisfaction of employees, save the operating cost of the company, improve the punctual rate of bus operation and reduce the number of customer complaints. Effectively achieve the goal of arousing the enthusiasm of employees, improving the operational efficiency of the company and improving the operational efficiency of the company. The salary system based on post analysis closely combines the theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of Qiandao Lake DT passenger Transport Company, which has strong pertinence and maneuverability, effectively solves some common problems in enterprise salary management, is beneficial to improve the attraction of enterprises to talents and enhance the vitality and vitality of enterprises, and has certain reference significance for the design and optimization of compensation management system in other enterprises.
