千島湖DT客運(yùn)公司基于崗位分析的薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)管理的核心是人力資源管理,而薪酬管理則是人力資源管理的核心,任何企業(yè)必須樹(shù)立先進(jìn)、科學(xué)的薪酬管理理念,通過(guò)建立一套合理有效的薪酬管理體系,以吸引并留住企業(yè)的優(yōu)秀人才,充分調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性和激發(fā)員工的創(chuàng)造力。 本文系統(tǒng)地探討了薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)、模式、原則、流程等內(nèi)容,以千島湖DT客運(yùn)公司薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)千島湖DT客運(yùn)公司薪酬管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題,并有針對(duì)性地設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于崗位分析和績(jī)效考核、與公司自身發(fā)展特點(diǎn)相匹配的薪酬管理體系,設(shè)計(jì)了相對(duì)科學(xué)的員工薪酬套檔標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)而制定了員工職位晉升、績(jī)效管理、員工培訓(xùn)發(fā)展等相關(guān)匹配措施,進(jìn)一步完成公司的員工薪酬滿意度評(píng)估和運(yùn)營(yíng)效益分析,較好地提高了公司員工的薪酬滿意度、節(jié)約了公司營(yíng)運(yùn)成本、提高客車運(yùn)營(yíng)準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)率和減少了顧客投訴量,有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)激發(fā)員工的工作熱情、提高公司的運(yùn)行效率和改善公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)效益等目標(biāo)。 基于崗位分析的薪酬體系將理論知識(shí)與千島湖DT客運(yùn)公司實(shí)際緊密結(jié)合,具有較強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和可操作性,有效解決了企業(yè)薪酬管理中的一些共性問(wèn)題,有利提高企業(yè)對(duì)人才的吸引力和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的生機(jī)和活力,對(duì)其他企業(yè)進(jìn)行薪酬管理體系的設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化有一定的借鑒與參考意義。
[Abstract]:In the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy, modern enterprise management is facing unprecedented challenges. The core of enterprise management is human resource management, and salary management is the core of human resource management. Any enterprise must establish advanced and scientific salary management concept, through the establishment of a set of reasonable and effective salary management system, in order to attract and retain the outstanding talents of enterprises. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and stimulate the creativity of employees. This paper systematically discusses the theoretical basis, mode, principle and process of salary system design. Taking the salary system design of Qiandao Lake DT passenger Transport Company as an example, through in-depth analysis of the present situation of salary management of Qiandao Lake DT passenger Transport Company, this paper finds out the existing problems, and designs a set of salary management system based on post analysis and performance appraisal, which matches the development characteristics of the company itself. The relatively scientific standard of employee salary file is designed, and then the matching measures such as promotion, performance management, employee training and development are worked out to further complete the evaluation of employee compensation satisfaction and operational benefit analysis, which can improve the salary satisfaction of employees, save the operating cost of the company, improve the punctual rate of bus operation and reduce the number of customer complaints. Effectively achieve the goal of arousing the enthusiasm of employees, improving the operational efficiency of the company and improving the operational efficiency of the company. The salary system based on post analysis closely combines the theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of Qiandao Lake DT passenger Transport Company, which has strong pertinence and maneuverability, effectively solves some common problems in enterprise salary management, is beneficial to improve the attraction of enterprises to talents and enhance the vitality and vitality of enterprises, and has certain reference significance for the design and optimization of compensation management system in other enterprises.
