M航空公司機坪物流調(diào)度的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著航空運輸業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,國內(nèi)各大型機場日益繁忙,航空公司面臨著機坪保障能力不足的瓶頸,航班延誤也隨之增加,造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟損失。如何改進航班機坪保障服務(wù)的工作調(diào)度,使機坪保障服務(wù)的控制更科學(xué)合理,,在滿足日益增長的航空運輸需求同時,節(jié)約航空公司各類成本支出,具有十分重要的實際意義和應(yīng)用價值。 本文分析總結(jié)國內(nèi)外機坪保障服務(wù)研究現(xiàn)狀,提出存在的不足并引出本文的研究目的和研究內(nèi)容。以M航空公司浦東機場遠機位機坪保障服務(wù)為入手點,分析航班過站作業(yè)的內(nèi)容和特點,應(yīng)用物流六要素分析,將機坪保障服務(wù)歸納為機坪物流,并從分類、構(gòu)成要素、約束等全面分析機坪物流調(diào)度工作。其次調(diào)研并總結(jié)航空公司調(diào)度人員對機坪物流調(diào)度的現(xiàn)行規(guī)則和方法,分析了目前機坪物流調(diào)度存在的問題。并結(jié)合作業(yè)實際,以行李牽引車調(diào)度為研究對象,以仿真軟件ProModel作為平臺,構(gòu)建行李牽引車調(diào)度仿真評價模型。通過對比各調(diào)度策略的仿真實驗結(jié)果,評價調(diào)度方案的優(yōu)缺點,對存在的問題提出對應(yīng)的改善方法和建議。最后挑選M航空公司浦東機場遠機位行李牽引車的最優(yōu)調(diào)度規(guī)則,結(jié)果表明,改善后的模型在不影響航班延誤的基礎(chǔ)上,一定程度降低了運營成本,對航空公司的機坪物流調(diào)度工作有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the air transport industry, the major airports in China are increasingly busy, airlines are facing the bottleneck of insufficient airport support capacity, flight delays have also increased, resulting in huge economic losses. How to improve the scheduling of flight pad support service and make the control of airport support service more scientific and reasonable, it is of great practical significance and application value to meet the increasing air transportation demand and save all kinds of costs and expenses of airlines at the same time. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of apron support service at home and abroad, puts forward the existing shortcomings and leads to the research purpose and content of this paper. Taking the remote apron support service of Pudong Airport of M Airlines as the starting point, this paper analyzes the contents and characteristics of the flight crossing operation, applies the analysis of the six elements of logistics, sums up the apron support service into the apron logistics, and comprehensively analyzes the apron logistics scheduling work from the classification, constituent elements, constraints and so on. Secondly, the current rules and methods of airport logistics scheduling by airline dispatchers are investigated and summarized, and the existing problems of airport logistics scheduling are analyzed. Combined with the operation practice, taking the baggage tractor scheduling as the research object and the simulation software ProModel as the platform, the simulation evaluation model of baggage tractor scheduling is constructed. By comparing the simulation results of each scheduling strategy, the advantages and disadvantages of the scheduling scheme are evaluated, and the corresponding improvement methods and suggestions are put forward for the existing problems. Finally, the optimal scheduling rules of the remote baggage tractor at Pudong Airport of M Airlines are selected. The results show that the improved model reduces the operating cost to a certain extent on the basis of not affecting the flight delay, and can be used as a reference for the airport logistics scheduling of airlines.
