【摘要】：在建的蒙華鐵路是我國最大規(guī)模的煤運專線,為充分利用線路能力,鐵路車輛選型主要為KM98型煤炭漏斗車和C_(80E)型通用敞車。在考慮車輛購置方式分為全部購買、全部融資租賃、購買+融資租賃組合3種情況下,采用凈現(xiàn)值法對不同購置方案進行比選,通過對車輛相關(guān)收入、車輛使用成本的計算,進行車輛購置方案經(jīng)濟效益比選分析,推薦蒙華鐵路在投資額度范圍內(nèi)選擇全部購買方式,以最大限度地增加運輸收入,有效控制成本,實現(xiàn)整體效益最大化的目標。
[Abstract]:The Monghua Railway under construction is the largest coal transportation special line in China. In order to make full use of the line capacity, the railway vehicle selection is mainly KM98 coal funnel car and C80E general open car. Considering that the vehicle purchase mode is divided into all purchase, all financial lease and purchase financial lease combination, the net present value method is used to compare and select different acquisition schemes, and through the calculation of vehicle related income and vehicle use cost, This paper compares and analyzes the economic benefits of vehicle purchase scheme, and recommends that Monghua Railway choose all the purchase methods within the scope of investment quota in order to maximize the transportation income, effectively control the cost and realize the goal of maximizing the overall benefit.
