【摘要】：寧波港是我國大陸重點(diǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)的四大深水港之一，具備優(yōu)越的港口自然條件，被定位為上海港國際航運(yùn)中心的重要組成部分以及國際集裝箱樞紐港，并一直致力于打造國際強(qiáng)港。近年來隨著我國對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐年增長，得益于長三角區(qū)域腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)有力支撐以及腹地拓展策略的有效推進(jìn)實(shí)施，寧波港集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅猛，集裝箱吞吐量連年攀升。然而，自2011年以來，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的不確定性和不穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)一步加劇，國際航運(yùn)市場持續(xù)低迷，與此同時(shí)，國內(nèi)集裝箱港口的迅速擴(kuò)張加劇了腹地貨源的競爭，寧波港面臨著日愈嚴(yán)峻的港口形勢。據(jù)此，在分析寧波港集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，分析探討寧波港當(dāng)前的集裝箱腹地拓展策略，研究如何加以改進(jìn)完善，及時(shí)把握發(fā)展機(jī)遇，充分挖掘腹地箱源潛力，不斷創(chuàng)造業(yè)務(wù)量新高，以推進(jìn)寧波港國際強(qiáng)港建設(shè)，并為本港集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)目沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展奠定良好基石，是一個迫不及待并具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的課題。 本文首先闡述論文的研究背景和意義，研究的內(nèi)容、方法與創(chuàng)新之處，并在概述港口腹地拓展相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，簡要介紹論文使用到的相關(guān)方法與理論；其次介紹了寧波港域集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并分析寧波港域集裝箱運(yùn)輸面臨的挑戰(zhàn)；接著對寧波港域集裝箱腹地拓展進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的SWOT分析，分別說明其目前的優(yōu)勢與劣勢，，機(jī)遇與威脅；再次認(rèn)真探討分析寧波港域集裝箱腹地拓展的現(xiàn)有策略，并指出其具體推進(jìn)實(shí)施中存在的不足之處；最后提出完善寧波港域集裝箱腹地拓展策略的具體建議。
[Abstract]:Ningbo Port is one of the four major deep water ports in the mainland of China, which has superior natural conditions and is positioned as an important part of Shanghai Port International Shipping Center and an international container hub port. And has been committed to building an international strong port. In recent years, with the growth of China's foreign trade economy year by year, thanks to the strong support of the hinterland economy of the Yangtze River Delta region and the effective promotion and implementation of the hinterland expansion strategy, Ningbo Port container business has developed rapidly and container throughput has climbed year by year. However, since 2011, the uncertainty and instability of the global economy have further intensified, and the international shipping market has continued to be in the doldrums, while the rapid expansion of domestic container ports has intensified the competition for cargo sources in the hinterland. Ningbo Port is facing the increasingly serious port situation. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of container transportation development in Ningbo Port, this paper analyzes and probes into the current container hinterland expansion strategy of Ningbo Port, studies how to improve and perfect, grasp the development opportunity in time, and fully tap the potential of container source in the hinterland. Constantly creating new business volume to promote Ningbo port international strong port construction and lay a good cornerstone for the sustainable development of container transportation in Hong Kong is a topic that can not wait and has important practical significance. First of all, this paper expounds the research background and significance, the content, methods and innovations of the paper, and on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of port hinterland expansion, briefly introduces the relevant methods and theories used in this paper. Secondly, it introduces the development status of container transportation in Ningbo port area, and analyzes the challenges faced by container transportation in Ningbo port area. Then it makes a detailed SWOT analysis on the expansion of container hinterland in Ningbo port area, and explains its current advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats respectively. Thirdly, it seriously discusses and analyzes the existing strategies of container hinterland expansion in Ningbo port area, and points out the shortcomings in its concrete implementation. Finally, it puts forward some concrete suggestions for perfecting the container hinterland expansion strategy in Ningbo port area.
