株洲南車時代電氣城軌關鍵裝備業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進程的日益加快，城市軌道交通因其運量大、速度快、時間準、污染少、能耗低、占地少的優(yōu)點成為“城市交通的主動脈”，我國軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于快速發(fā)展階段，中國已形成一個世界上規(guī)模最大、發(fā)展最快的軌道交通建設市場。 軌道交通裝備制造業(yè)在整個軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)著非常重要的作用，是軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎和前提。在城市軌道交通發(fā)達的歐洲和日本，涌現(xiàn)出了一批以西門子、龐巴迪、阿爾斯通、三菱電機為代表的的跨國企業(yè)，成為工業(yè)領域的領頭羊。南車時代電氣在中國軌道交通關鍵裝備的市場競爭中，打破了跨國企業(yè)的壟斷地位，實現(xiàn)了關鍵裝備自主研發(fā)的重大突破，逐漸在國內外城軌市場具有的一定的市場占有率，迅速成為了軌道交通行業(yè)的“生力軍”。同時，隨著國家對城市軌道交通裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)國產(chǎn)化政策及產(chǎn)業(yè)振興戰(zhàn)略的實施，也給國內城軌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了千載難逢的機遇。 產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展是影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的基本因素之一。分析企業(yè)所處的產(chǎn)業(yè)特點，實施與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特點相適應的戰(zhàn)略，是企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中生存，并取得可持續(xù)的發(fā)展的關鍵。 本文基于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展前景，，分析了城軌關鍵裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遇到的機會和威脅。進而對南車時代電氣的發(fā)展進行綜合SWOT分析，總結其所面臨外部機遇、與威脅，以及企業(yè)自身所具有的優(yōu)勢、劣勢。通過SWOT分析，確定企業(yè)適合采取的戰(zhàn)略模式。最后，根據(jù)SWOT分析法確定的戰(zhàn)略選擇，分析時代電氣戰(zhàn)略的實施，具體包括戰(zhàn)略目標的確定、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的內容、戰(zhàn)略的實施策略等內容。 本文以南車時代電氣城軌關鍵裝備業(yè)務為例，對城軌關鍵裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景以及公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行深入研究，對于推動我國城軌裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)南車時代電氣可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有深刻的理論價值與現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, urban rail transit has become the "aorta of urban traffic" because of its advantages of large volume, fast speed, accurate time, less pollution, low energy consumption and less land use. China's rail transit industry is in the stage of rapid development. China has formed the largest and fastest developing market of rail transit in the world. Rail transit equipment manufacturing industry plays a very important role in the whole rail transit industry, and it is the foundation and premise of the development of rail transit industry. In the developed urban rail transit Europe and Japan, a number of multinational companies, such as Siemens, Bombardier, Alstom and Mitsubishi Electric, have emerged as leaders in the industrial field. In the era of Southern Railway, Electric has broken the monopoly position of multinational enterprises in the market competition of key equipment in China's rail transit, and has achieved a major breakthrough in independent research and development of key equipment, and gradually has a certain market share in the domestic and foreign urban rail market. Quickly became the "new force" of the rail transit industry. At the same time, with the implementation of the national policy on the localization of urban rail transit equipment industry and the strategy of industrial revitalization, it has also brought a rare opportunity to the development of urban rail industry in China. Industrial development is one of the basic factors that affect the development of enterprises. It is the key for enterprises to survive in the fierce market competition and to achieve sustainable development by analyzing the industrial characteristics of enterprises and implementing the strategies corresponding to the characteristics of industrial development. Based on the prospect of industrial development, this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats encountered in the development of urban rail key equipment industry. Then it makes a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the electric development in the era of Nanche and summarizes its external opportunities and threats as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves. Through the SWOT analysis, determine the suitable strategic model for the enterprise. Finally, according to the strategic choice determined by SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the implementation of the electric strategy of the times, including the determination of strategic objectives, the content of strategic planning, the implementation strategy of the strategy and so on. In order to promote the development of urban rail equipment industry in China, this paper makes an in-depth study on the development prospect of the key equipment industry and the development strategy of the company in order to promote the development of the urban rail equipment industry in China. It has profound theoretical value and practical significance to realize the electric sustainable development in the era of Nanche.
