【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,對外貿(mào)易需求逐步提高,貨運(yùn)量的激增對貨物運(yùn)輸提出了更高的要求,港口作為各類運(yùn)輸方式與海運(yùn)連接的結(jié)點(diǎn),在提升物流效率,節(jié)省運(yùn)輸成本,完善物流服務(wù)上起著舉足輕重的作用。近年來,錦州港作為遼寧省內(nèi)重要的樞紐港,已經(jīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到發(fā)展港口物流的重要性,并積極投入港口物流的建設(shè)當(dāng)中,本文即對錦州港港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,在充分調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,獲得了大量錦州港實(shí)際情況資料,并對現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。具體而言,本文首先對港口物流的理論進(jìn)行了研究與探索,總結(jié)了港口物流的功能與發(fā)展趨勢,為錦州港提供了有益的借鑒,其次本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析法詳細(xì)分析了錦州港發(fā)展港口物流的優(yōu)劣利弊,并將其與遼寧省內(nèi)的大連港與營口港進(jìn)行比較分析,然后本文運(yùn)用了灰色預(yù)測模型,對錦州港未來吞吐量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,說明了錦州港今后物流發(fā)展大有潛力,對錦州港實(shí)現(xiàn)億噸大港的目標(biāo)提供了定量支持,最后本文對錦州港在遼寧省“五點(diǎn)一線”戰(zhàn)略背景下,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)遼寧省港口群規(guī)劃中對錦州港提出的戰(zhàn)略定位,如何較好較快的發(fā)展港口物流,如何能在競爭對手的重重包圍下脫穎而出提出了切合實(shí)際的策略及建議。 對比省內(nèi)其它大港良港,錦州港在港口物流競爭力方面確實(shí)存在一些差距,但是錦州港已具備一定的自身優(yōu)勢與資源基礎(chǔ)。錦州港應(yīng)在明確自身戰(zhàn)略定位的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步加大港口物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資,加快港口資源整合,積極開發(fā)新型貨源,并逐步完善港口集疏運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),增強(qiáng)腹地輻射范圍,建設(shè)物流信息平臺(tái),打造臨港工業(yè)區(qū),延伸港口功能,還要繼續(xù)完善主營貨種的物流鏈,增強(qiáng)核心競爭力,同時(shí)錦州港要兼顧與周邊港口的合作發(fā)展,合理擴(kuò)張,互補(bǔ)雙贏�？傊�,錦州港要從單純完成運(yùn)輸活動(dòng)向提供全方位物流服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變,為客戶提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),吸引更多的貨源,帶動(dòng)遼西地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,實(shí)現(xiàn)錦州港的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the demand for foreign trade has gradually increased, and the surge of freight traffic has put forward higher requirements for cargo transport. As the junction between various modes of transport and maritime transport, the port is promoting the efficiency of logistics and saving the cost of transportation. Perfect logistics service plays an important role. In recent years, as an important hub port in Liaoning Province, Jinzhou Port has fully recognized the importance of developing port logistics and actively participated in the construction of port logistics. On the basis of full investigation and research, a large number of actual situation data of Jinzhou Port are obtained, and the present situation is summarized. Specifically, this paper firstly studies and explores the theory of port logistics, summarizes the function and development trend of port logistics, and provides a useful reference for Jinzhou Port. Secondly, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Jinzhou Port's development of port logistics by using SWOT analysis method, and compares it with Dalian Port and Yingkou Port in Liaoning Province, then this paper uses the grey forecast model. This paper forecasts the future throughput of Jinzhou Port, shows that Jinzhou Port has great potential for logistics development in the future, and provides quantitative support for Jinzhou Port to achieve the target of 100 million tons. Finally, this paper gives the Jinzhou Port under the strategic background of "five points and one line" in Liaoning Province. How to realize the strategic orientation of Jinzhou Port in the port cluster planning of Liaoning Province, how to develop port logistics better and faster, and how to stand out from the crowd of competitors and put forward practical strategies and suggestions. Compared with other large ports in the province, Jinzhou Port has some gaps in the competitiveness of port logistics, but Jinzhou Port has its own advantages and resource base. On the basis of defining its strategic position, Jinzhou Port should further increase the investment in port logistics infrastructure, accelerate the integration of port resources, actively develop new sources of goods, gradually improve the port distribution network, and enhance the radiation range in the hinterland. The construction of logistics information platform, the establishment of port-facing industrial zone, the extension of port functions, but also continue to improve the logistics chain of the main types of goods, enhance the core competitiveness. At the same time, Jinzhou Port should take into account the cooperation and development with the surrounding ports, reasonable expansion, complementary win-win situation. In a word, Jinzhou Port should change from simply completing transportation activities to providing all-round logistics services, providing customers with better service, attracting more sources of goods, driving economic growth in western Liaoning Province, and realizing the leap-forward development of Jinzhou Port.
