【摘要】：根據(jù)地理位置、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平及國家西部大開發(fā)范圍,結(jié)合京廣高速鐵路的東西部鐵路基本劃分界限,將我國劃分為東西部地區(qū)。從東西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟差異化著手,通過分析東西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟特點、路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀、運輸流量流向及存在的問題,提出保障國家戰(zhàn)略實施、滿足東西部需求特點、完善鐵路路網(wǎng)體系及堅持綠色集約發(fā)展理念的我國東西部鐵路規(guī)劃建設(shè)策略。
[Abstract]:According to the geographical position, the level of economic development and the scope of the great development of the western part of the country, combined with the basic dividing line of the east-west railway of Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, China is divided into the east and west regions. Starting from the economic differentiation between the east and the west, this paper analyzes the economic characteristics of the east and west, the current situation of the road network, the direction of transport flow and the existing problems, and puts forward the guarantee of the implementation of the national strategy to meet the needs of the east and west. Improve the railway network system and adhere to the concept of green and intensive development of China's East and West railway planning and construction strategy.
