【摘要】：共享單車作為一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè),踐行了"共享發(fā)展"的新理念,切實(shí)有效地解決了出行中的"最后一公里"問題,彌補(bǔ)了城市公共交通的不足。然而企業(yè)之間瘋狂搶奪市場份額的行為,帶來了一場"囚徒困境"式的價(jià)格戰(zhàn),產(chǎn)生了許多社會(huì)問題。文章運(yùn)用"囚徒困境"模型對(duì)企業(yè)之間價(jià)格大戰(zhàn)的實(shí)質(zhì)和原因進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)一步提出政策建議:企業(yè)要以擴(kuò)充盈利模式和增強(qiáng)用戶粘性為導(dǎo)向,而非一味地依靠資本投入進(jìn)行價(jià)格競爭。政府要嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督企業(yè)的自律性監(jiān)管;控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本的瘋狂投入;完善市場準(zhǔn)入與市場退出機(jī)制。最后強(qiáng)調(diào)市場應(yīng)充分利用"信息"的價(jià)值才能得到更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new industry, bike sharing has carried out the new concept of "shared development", effectively solved the "last kilometer" problem in travel, and made up for the deficiency of urban public transport. However, the frantic seizure of market share among enterprises has brought about a price war in the form of prisoner's dilemma, resulting in a lot of social problems. This paper analyzes the essence and causes of price wars among enterprises by using the prisoner dilemma model, and further puts forward some policy suggestions: enterprises should be guided by expanding profit model and enhancing user stickiness. Rather than relying on capital input for price competition. The government should strictly supervise the self-regulation of enterprises, control the crazy investment of venture capital, perfect the market access and market exit mechanism. Finally, it is emphasized that the market should make full use of the value of "information" in order to get better development.
