【摘要】：出租車(chē)行業(yè)事關(guān)一個(gè)城市的形象問(wèn)題，更涉及市民的出行問(wèn)題和切身利益，因此世界各個(gè)國(guó)家都在努力推動(dòng)這一行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。國(guó)外的出租車(chē)行業(yè)出現(xiàn)早，且經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)相當(dāng)成熟和完善，不但為當(dāng)?shù)氐陌l(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)，更為當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娞峁┝肆己玫姆⻊?wù)。我國(guó)的出租車(chē)行業(yè)較之國(guó)外起步較晚，，且國(guó)情不同因此也沒(méi)有現(xiàn)成的模式可以全盤(pán)接受，只能再借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí)結(jié)合各地實(shí)際情況，找出一套適合自己地方情況的管理體系。 目前，我國(guó)出租車(chē)行業(yè)問(wèn)題頻出，其主要原因在于不當(dāng)?shù)墓芾碇贫仍斐傻慕?jīng)營(yíng)模式落后、出租車(chē)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)行為不規(guī)范、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不到位、監(jiān)管力度不夠、退出機(jī)制缺乏等一些列問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題不但阻礙我國(guó)出租車(chē)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的因素，并且引發(fā)許多矛盾，這些矛盾在不同地區(qū)、不同時(shí)間多次爆發(fā)，甚至成為當(dāng)?shù)匾粋�(gè)不穩(wěn)定因素。因此，我國(guó)出租車(chē)行業(yè)的改革迫在眉睫。 本文內(nèi)容分為五個(gè)部分，第一部分主要概括了選題的研究意義、研究方法、研究思路以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分主要介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究情況。第三部分主要論述了三門(mén)峽市出租車(chē)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及運(yùn)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題與分析。第四部分主要論述了國(guó)內(nèi)外出租車(chē)行業(yè)管理的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于三門(mén)峽出租車(chē)行業(yè)發(fā)展的可借鑒之處。第五部分是本文最重要的部分，主要論述如何構(gòu)建高效的三門(mén)峽市出租車(chē)行業(yè)管理體系。第六部分是對(duì)本文的總結(jié)并對(duì)未來(lái)發(fā)展及下一步研究提出設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Taxi industry concerns the image of a city, but also involves the travel problems and vital interests of citizens. Therefore, every country in the world is trying to promote the healthy development of this industry. Foreign taxi industry appeared early, and after decades of development has been quite mature and perfect, not only for the local development has made a contribution, more local people to provide good service. Compared with foreign countries, the taxi industry in our country started relatively late, and the national conditions are different, so there is no ready-made model to accept in an all-round way, so we can only learn from foreign advanced experience while combining the actual situation in various places. Find out a set of management system suitable for your local situation. At present, the main reasons for the frequent problems in taxi industry in China are that the management mode caused by improper management system is backward, the management behavior of taxi companies is not standardized, the infrastructure construction is not in place, and the supervision is insufficient. Lack of exit mechanism and other issues. These problems not only hinder the healthy development of taxi industry in China, but also lead to many contradictions. These contradictions break out many times in different areas and times, and even become an unstable factor in the area. Therefore, the reform of taxi industry in our country is urgent. The content of this paper is divided into five parts, the first part summarizes the research significance, research methods, research ideas and innovations. The second part mainly introduces the related theoretical research situation at home and abroad. The third part mainly discusses the current situation of the taxi industry in Sanmenxia and the existing problems and analysis in operation. The fourth part mainly discusses the advanced experience of taxi industry management at home and abroad, which can be used for reference in the development of the taxi industry in Sanmenxia. The fifth part is the most important part of this paper, mainly discusses how to construct an efficient management system of taxi industry in Sanmenxia. The sixth part is the summary of this paper and the future development and future research ideas.
