廣州市A公交公司駕駛員管理研究

【摘要】:廣州市A公交公司是一間國(guó)營(yíng)企業(yè),擁有35年的運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在廣州市委、市政府高度重視公共交通優(yōu)先發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)大背景下,由于公交車駕駛員工作性質(zhì)的特殊性和社會(huì)對(duì)公交車駕駛員隊(duì)伍要求的不斷提高,,導(dǎo)致廣州的公交公司在駕駛員管理中遇到了不少的難題,這也成為了公交公司發(fā)展的瓶頸。 本文以A公交公司為例,從人力資源管理的角度,對(duì)該公司對(duì)公交車駕駛員管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,最后提出了可行的改善措施與創(chuàng)新建議。本文首先闡述了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)公交車駕駛員管理方面的理論研究,由于相關(guān)的研究資料稀少,主要分析的是國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究。而后,本文對(duì)A公交公司駕駛員管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究,首先是對(duì)公司駕駛員的人員構(gòu)成、學(xué)歷、技能等級(jí)等進(jìn)行了分析,了解該公司的公交車駕駛員隊(duì)伍的基本情況。第三章主要是對(duì)A公交公司駕駛員管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行介紹和分析,包括招聘與流失管理、培訓(xùn)與晉升、薪酬核算、信息化等。通過(guò)對(duì)以上方面的深入研究,分析A公交公司在公交車駕駛員管理方面存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合是本文研究的基本方針,在對(duì)理論構(gòu)架系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,深入A公交公司,通過(guò)訪談和查閱資料等方式,獲取了大量翔實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)和資料。此外,通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)大量的人力資源管理理論,并結(jié)合實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)A公交公司的公交車駕駛員管理,特別是在以上提及的幾個(gè)重要方面中的管理上提出了較為完善的對(duì)策和創(chuàng)新建議。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou A bus Company is a state-owned enterprise with 35 years operation experience. In Guangzhou Municipal Committee, the municipal government attaches great importance to the economic and social background of the priority development of public transport, due to the particularity of bus drivers' work nature and the continuous improvement of the society's requirements for bus drivers. Guangzhou bus company encountered a lot of problems in driver management, which has become the bottleneck of bus company development. Taking A bus Company as an example, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of bus driver management in A bus Company from the point of view of human resource management, and finally puts forward feasible improvement measures and innovative suggestions. This paper first describes the current domestic and foreign theoretical research on bus driver management. Due to the scarcity of relevant research data, the main analysis is related to domestic research. Then, this paper analyzes the current situation of driver management in A bus Company. Firstly, it analyzes the composition, education and skill level of drivers in A bus Company, so as to understand the basic situation of bus driver team in this company. The third chapter mainly introduces and analyzes the important links of driver management in A bus company, including recruitment and loss management, training and promotion, salary accounting, informatization and so on. Through in-depth research on the above aspects, the advantages and disadvantages of bus driver management in A bus Company are analyzed. The combination of theory and practice is the basic policy of this paper. On the basis of the systematic study of the theoretical framework, we go deep into the A bus company and obtain a large number of full and accurate data and materials through interviews and access to information. In addition, through the study of a large number of human resources management theory, and combined with practical experience of the A bus company bus driver management, Especially in the above mentioned several important aspects of management put forward more perfect countermeasures and innovation suggestions.
