【摘要】：隨著機場由交通場所向區(qū)域節(jié)點的跨越轉(zhuǎn)變,臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)也隨之相應(yīng)地發(fā)生著變化,其產(chǎn)業(yè)和空間形態(tài)已由孤立的城市邊緣空間向融入?yún)^(qū)域一體化發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,需要對臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)的產(chǎn)生機理、空間布局規(guī)律和特點、未來發(fā)展趨勢進行總結(jié)及展望。研究從梳理國內(nèi)外臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)的文獻出發(fā),對臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)的概念和空間發(fā)展模式進行探討。從機場與臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)的關(guān)系出發(fā),研究臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)與機場、中心城市、腹地之間在產(chǎn)業(yè)和空間上的互動關(guān)系—集聚效應(yīng)與分散效應(yīng),勾勒出臨空經(jīng)濟空間布局演變過程:獨立機場區(qū)—機場產(chǎn)業(yè)化區(qū)—空港都市區(qū),結(jié)合臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)出現(xiàn)的新變化和特點,探索和展望臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)的未來發(fā)展趨勢—航空市鎮(zhèn)群的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the trans-transformation of airport from traffic place to regional node, the air-facing economic zone has changed accordingly, and its industrial and spatial form has changed from isolated urban marginal space to integration into regional integration. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize and look forward to the generation mechanism, spatial distribution rules and characteristics, and the future development trend of the near-air economic zone. This paper discusses the concept and spatial development mode of air-facing economic zone by combing the literature of domestic and international airspace-facing economic zone. Starting from the relationship between airport and airport economic zone, this paper studies the interaction between airport, central city and hinterland between airport and airport, central city, hinterland in industry and space-agglomeration effect and dispersion effect. This paper outlines the evolution process of the spatial distribution of the airport economy: the independent airport area-the airport industrialization area-the airport metropolitan area, combined with the new changes and characteristics of the airport economic zone. Explore and look forward to the future development trend of the near-air economic zone-the development of aviation town group.
