集裝箱港口作業(yè)系統(tǒng)一體化調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的快速發(fā)展,集裝箱運(yùn)輸日益成為主要現(xiàn)代運(yùn)輸方式,大大推動(dòng)了全球貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。為滿足日益增長的集裝箱吞吐量需求,在激烈的國際競爭中保持持續(xù)競爭力,各大港口都在努力推進(jìn)深水航道和大能力泊位的建設(shè),以其消除港口吞吐瓶頸,打造高水準(zhǔn)的航運(yùn)服務(wù)體系和集疏運(yùn)體系。但是,不少集裝箱港口碼頭生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作各環(huán)節(jié)不能較好銜接,使到港船舶的在港作業(yè)時(shí)間過長,處于低效率滿負(fù)荷的運(yùn)營狀態(tài),并出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重壓港現(xiàn)象。因此,集裝箱港口需要對作業(yè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行合理的一體化調(diào)度工作,以最短的船舶在港時(shí)間,最大限度的提高碼頭設(shè)施、設(shè)備等資源的利用率和銜接效率,來滿足日益增長的港口需求。 集裝箱作業(yè)系統(tǒng)具有隨機(jī)性,復(fù)雜性等特點(diǎn),由于各作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)間資源的制約性與關(guān)聯(lián)性,集裝箱港口需要對資源(如泊位、岸橋、集卡、場橋)進(jìn)行整合,提高整體性能的效率,而不是追求局部子系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)。因此,本文從集裝箱碼頭的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作角度出發(fā),選取影響集裝箱港口作業(yè)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)效率的主要影響因素,重點(diǎn)分析船舶到港至裝卸作業(yè)完畢這一作業(yè)過程,構(gòu)建以集裝箱港口作業(yè)岸橋等待時(shí)間最短和集卡作業(yè)時(shí)間最短為目標(biāo)的泊位、岸橋、集卡和場橋資源的一體化調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,同時(shí)利用相關(guān)軟件進(jìn)行模型求解,進(jìn)而得到船舶的靠泊次序、集卡和場橋的最佳分配數(shù)量。與以往的泊位、岸橋、集卡和場橋單獨(dú)調(diào)度優(yōu)化研究相比,本文的研究能夠在更大程度上提高集裝箱港口的整體運(yùn)作效率,提高港口作業(yè)資源的利用率,減少資源的閑置,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration, container transport has increasingly become the main modern mode of transport, greatly promoting the development of global trade. In order to meet the increasing demand for container throughput and maintain continuous competitiveness in the fierce international competition, the major ports are striving to promote the construction of deep water channels and large capacity berths in order to eliminate port throughput bottlenecks. Build a high-standard shipping service system and distribution system. However, many container terminal production and operation links can not be better connected, so that the arrival of ships in Hong Kong operation time is too long, low efficiency and full load of the operation state, and serious pressure on the port phenomenon. Therefore, the container port needs to carry on the reasonable integration dispatch work to the operation system, in order to the shortest ship time in the harbor, the maximum enhancement wharf facility, equipment and so on resources utilization ratio and the connection efficiency, To meet growing port demand. The container operation system has the characteristics of randomness and complexity. Because of the constraint and relevance of the resources among the operation links, the container port needs to integrate the resources (such as berth, shore bridge, collection card, yard bridge). Improve the overall performance of the efficiency, rather than the pursuit of local subsystem optimization. Therefore, from the point of view of the actual production and operation of container terminal, this paper selects the main factors that affect the production efficiency of container port operation system, and analyzes the operation process from ship arrival to the completion of loading and unloading operation. A berth with the shortest waiting time of container port operation and the shortest operation time of collecting card is constructed, and the integrated scheduling optimization model of shore bridge, collecting card and field bridge resources is constructed. At the same time, the model is solved by using relevant software. Then the berthing order of the ship, the optimal assigned quantity of the collecting card and the yard bridge are obtained. Compared with the previous researches on the optimization of berth, bank bridge, collecting card and yard bridge, this paper can improve the overall operation efficiency of container port to a greater extent, improve the utilization ratio of port operation resources, and reduce the idle resources. It has certain practical significance.
