【摘要】：隨著港口經(jīng)濟的強勢崛起，港口企業(yè)的競爭已經(jīng)從成本差異競爭轉(zhuǎn)向服務競爭，物流服務是其中最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。區(qū)域港口物流戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的建立是解決區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、區(qū)域港口競爭力提高和培育國際性港口的有效途徑。具體來看,區(qū)域港口物流聯(lián)盟有利于區(qū)域港口資源的整體開發(fā)和高效利用，降低企業(yè)之間的惡性競爭；有助于形成臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)結構升級和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展；有利于優(yōu)化區(qū)域物流運輸系統(tǒng)，形成合理高效的區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡�，F(xiàn)階段，環(huán)渤海港口企業(yè)物流聯(lián)盟的發(fā)展促進了區(qū)域港口資源的整合，對臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展也起到了一定帶動作用，但在運行過程中仍存在著一些問題。本文主要對環(huán)渤海港口物流聯(lián)盟的模式及具體運行情況進行研究，找出問題的癥結所在，并提出切實可行的完善措施。 論文的研究是從以下幾個層次展開的： 首先，，論文在國內(nèi)外學者的研究基礎上，提出了區(qū)域港口企業(yè)物流聯(lián)盟的概念，并綜合港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟互動發(fā)展理論、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論以及區(qū)域物流一體化理論，對區(qū)域港口物流聯(lián)盟的理論基礎進行了綜合闡述。 其次，論文總結了環(huán)渤海港口物流聯(lián)盟的現(xiàn)有模式，分析了當前環(huán)渤海港口企業(yè)發(fā)展及其產(chǎn)生的聯(lián)動效應對環(huán)渤海區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的影響作用，發(fā)現(xiàn)這一影響作用正在逐漸減弱。但隨著環(huán)渤海港口和區(qū)域基礎設施的不斷建設和完善，區(qū)域港口仍潛藏著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?再次，論文分析了當前環(huán)渤海港口物流聯(lián)盟發(fā)展過程中存在的問題，主要包括區(qū)域港口物流聯(lián)盟管理方面的問題，港口生產(chǎn)建設與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方面存在的問題，以及港口企業(yè)在橫向與縱向物流合作過程中存在的問題，揭示了影響環(huán)渤海港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟良性互動的癥結所在。 最后，論文將環(huán)渤海與國內(nèi)外三大典型區(qū)域港口物流聯(lián)盟進行了對比分析。借鑒成熟港口物流聯(lián)盟的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，提出了完善環(huán)渤海港口物流聯(lián)盟管理和運行模式的思路與對策，包括建立完整嚴明的聯(lián)盟管理體制，確立明確合理的港口功能定位，以及打造先進高效的港口物流合作平臺等。
[Abstract]:With the strong rise of port economy, the competition of port enterprises has changed from cost difference competition to service competition. Logistics service is one of the most important links. The establishment of the strategic alliance of regional port logistics is an effective way to solve the problems of regional economic development, enhance the competitiveness of regional ports and cultivate international ports. Specifically, the regional port logistics alliance is conducive to the overall development and efficient use of regional port resources, reduce the vicious competition among enterprises, contribute to the formation of industrial clusters, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the rapid development of regional economy. It is beneficial to optimize the regional logistics transportation system and form a reasonable and efficient regional logistics network. At present, the development of logistics alliance of port enterprises around Bohai Sea has promoted the integration of regional port resources, and has also played a leading role in the development of port industry and regional economy, but there are still some problems in the process of operation. This paper mainly studies the mode and concrete operation of the port logistics alliance around Bohai Sea, finds out the crux of the problem, and puts forward practical and feasible measures to improve it. Firstly, based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars, the paper puts forward the concept of logistics alliance of regional port enterprises, and synthesizes the theory of interaction between port and regional economy. Enterprise strategic alliance theory and regional logistics integration theory, the theoretical basis of regional port logistics alliance is comprehensively expounded. Secondly, the paper summarizes the existing model of Bohai port logistics alliance, analyzes the current development of Bohai port enterprises and the impact of the linkage effect on the Bohai regional economy, and finds that this impact is gradually weakening. However, with the continuous construction and improvement of the ports and regional infrastructure around the Bohai Sea, the regional ports still have great potential for development. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of port logistics alliance around Bohai Sea, including the management of regional port logistics alliance, port production construction and regional economic development. The problems of port enterprises in the process of horizontal and vertical logistics cooperation reveal the crux of the benign interaction between port and regional economy around Bohai Sea. Finally, the paper compares Bohai Sea with three typical port logistics alliances at home and abroad. Referring to the development experience of the mature port logistics alliance, the paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to perfect the management and operation mode of the port logistics alliance around Bohai Sea, including establishing a complete and strict management system of the port logistics alliance and establishing a clear and reasonable port function orientation. And to create advanced and efficient port logistics cooperation platform.
