天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略研究

【摘要】:滾裝碼頭作為滾裝運(yùn)輸業(yè)的一個(gè)重要節(jié)點(diǎn),在整個(gè)汽車物流中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。隨著我國汽車生產(chǎn)和銷售規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大,現(xiàn)代滾裝碼頭的定位逐步趨向于汽車綜合物流服務(wù)中心,也就是說它不再是傳統(tǒng)意義上的滾裝碼頭,其服務(wù)內(nèi)容趨向于垂體化,趨向于顧客,一些新興的滾裝業(yè)務(wù)也隨之誕生。 本文通過對天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司經(jīng)營環(huán)境和天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司經(jīng)營狀況及面臨的問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述,利用STOW模型對天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司進(jìn)行綜合分析,通過對國內(nèi)、外知名滾裝碼頭業(yè)務(wù)拓展?fàn)顩r的分析和比較,汲取國、內(nèi)外知名滾裝碼頭的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司的自身特點(diǎn),提出了天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司拓展新興業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略設(shè)想,即把天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司從純粹的運(yùn)輸中心經(jīng)配送中心逐步發(fā)展成為集汽車倉儲、運(yùn)輸、貨運(yùn)代理、PDI檢查、VPC等物流功能的綜合物流服務(wù)中心。提出了天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司業(yè)務(wù)拓展方案和實(shí)施策略,并對方案的成本預(yù)算、收入預(yù)測、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估等方面進(jìn)行了分析。經(jīng)過以上研究得出天津港滾裝碼頭有限公司業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略不僅能使公司的利潤得到增長,而且更具有市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:As an important node of ro / ro transportation, ro-ro wharf plays an extremely important role in the whole automobile logistics. With the increasing scale of automobile production and sales in China, the orientation of modern ro / ro wharf tends to be the automobile integrated logistics service center, that is to say, it is no longer the traditional ro / ro wharf, and its service content tends to be pituitary. Tend to customers, some of the emerging ro-ro business also came into being. This paper describes in detail the operating environment of Tianjin Port Ro / ro Wharf Co., Ltd. And the operating conditions and problems faced by Tianjin Port Ro / ro Wharf Co., Ltd., and makes a comprehensive analysis of Tianjin Port Ro / ro Wharf Co., Ltd by using STOW model. Through the analysis and comparison of the domestic and foreign well-known ro / ro wharf business development situation, draw the advanced experience of the country, the domestic and foreign well-known ro / ro wharf, combine the Tianjin Port Ro / ro Wharf Co., Ltd.'s own characteristics, This paper puts forward the strategic idea of expanding the new business of Tianjin Port Ro / ro Wharf Co., Ltd., that is, gradually developing Tianjin Port Ro / ro Wharf Company from a pure transportation center through a distribution center to a collection of automobile warehousing, transportation, freight forwarder and PDI inspection. Integrated logistics service center with VPC and other logistics functions. This paper puts forward the business expansion plan and implementation strategy of Tianjin Port Ro-ro Wharf Co., Ltd., and analyzes the cost budget, income forecast and risk assessment of the plan. Through the above research, it is concluded that the business expansion strategy of Tianjin Port Ro-ro Wharf Co., Ltd. can not only increase the profit of the company, but also have market competitiveness.
