蕭山機(jī)場(chǎng)物流環(huán)境分析與貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)再造規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:航空物流企業(yè)提高自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)有很多途徑,而流程再造對(duì)提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)是顯而易見的。流程再造(BPR,Business Process Reengineering)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中一種非常重要的管理工具!盀榱孙w躍性地改善成本、質(zhì)量、服務(wù)、速度等現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的主要運(yùn)營(yíng)基礎(chǔ),必須對(duì)工作流程進(jìn)行根本性的重新思考并徹底改革”,物流程再造就是通過對(duì)流程的梳理和完善,通過對(duì)企業(yè)原來生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過程的各個(gè)方面、每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行全面的調(diào)查研究和細(xì)致分析,對(duì)其中不合理、不必要的環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行徹底的變革,重新設(shè)計(jì)和安排企業(yè)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)過程,使之更加合理化,有效的降低成本,提高工作效率,構(gòu)筑企業(yè)成本優(yōu)勢(shì)和服務(wù)差異化優(yōu)勢(shì)。 蕭山國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)是華東地區(qū)第二大國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)也是國(guó)內(nèi)重要干線機(jī)場(chǎng)、重要旅游城市機(jī)場(chǎng)和國(guó)際定期航班機(jī)場(chǎng),是上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)的主備降機(jī)場(chǎng)。自2000年12月運(yùn)營(yíng)以來,機(jī)場(chǎng)物流銷售業(yè)績(jī)節(jié)節(jié)攀升,運(yùn)行非常穩(wěn)健,既緩解了中國(guó)航空貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)供不應(yīng)求的局面,又發(fā)展和壯大了自己。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)航空貨運(yùn)企業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入一個(gè)日趨激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。如何在現(xiàn)階段良好的形勢(shì)下,充分發(fā)展自身航空物流的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外的環(huán)境因素,確定自己的未來發(fā)展方向,是蕭山航空物流應(yīng)該解決的關(guān)鍵問題之一。 為此將以杭州蕭山國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有航空物流市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,通過分析國(guó)內(nèi)航空物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及機(jī)場(chǎng)內(nèi)、外物流環(huán)境因素,分析其發(fā)展趨勢(shì),再針對(duì)其發(fā)展趨勢(shì),利用流程再造規(guī)劃,分析現(xiàn)有問題,整合現(xiàn)有蕭山機(jī)場(chǎng)航空物流規(guī)劃及流程設(shè)計(jì),闡述航空物流流程規(guī)劃,系統(tǒng)地提供一套流程再造規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:There are many ways for aviation logistics enterprises to improve their competitive advantage, but process reengineering is obvious to improve their competitive advantage. Process reengineering (BPR,Business Process Reengineering) is a very important management tool in modern enterprise management. In order to improve the main operating foundation of modern enterprises such as cost, quality, service and speed by leaps and bounds, we must fundamentally rethink and thoroughly reform the workflow. Through comprehensive investigation and detailed analysis of all aspects of the original production and operation process of the enterprise, every link, the unreasonable and unnecessary links are thoroughly reformed, and the whole production of the enterprise is redesigned and arranged. Service and management process, make it more reasonable, reduce cost effectively, improve work efficiency, construct enterprise cost advantage and service differentiation advantage. Xiaoshan International Airport is the second largest international airport in East China as well as an important domestic trunk airport, an important tourist city airport and an international regular flight airport. It is the main standby airport of Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Since its operation in December 2000, the sales performance of airport logistics has been rising and running steadily, which not only alleviates the situation that the air cargo market in China is in short supply, but also develops and strengthens itself. At present, domestic air cargo enterprises have entered an increasingly competitive environment. It is one of the key problems that Xiaoshan aviation logistics should solve how to fully develop the competitiveness of its own aviation logistics under the present good situation, and to determine its future development direction by combining the domestic and foreign environmental factors. Therefore, by analyzing the present situation of domestic aviation logistics development and the factors of internal and external logistics environment, we will analyze the development trend of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, and then make use of the process reengineering to plan for the development trend of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, by analyzing the present situation of domestic aviation logistics development and the factors of internal and external logistics environment of the airport. This paper analyzes the existing problems, integrates the existing aviation logistics planning and process design of Xiaoshan Airport, expounds the aviation logistics process planning, and systematically provides a set of process reengineering planning and design.
