成都鐵路局貨運盈利模式分析
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's railway system has undergone six reforms, the first five of which are confined to the transformation of the management mode of the internal assets of railway enterprises. However, there has been no change to the management system of railway enterprises. In 2011, the government pushed forward the reform of railway system again, explicitly demanding the separation of government and enterprises, and the realization of the main position of railway bureau in the market. Under the direct management of the Ministry of Railways, the Railway Bureau has no independent management and decision-making power. For a long time, it has only acted as the executive layer and is responsible for carrying out the various policies, plans and tasks formulated by the Ministry of Railways. As the main body of the market, the railway bureau will face the fierce market competition in the region independently, at the same time, it will coordinate with the railway internal railway bureau. In order to ensure the enterprise's continuance, stability, the coordinated development will face the huge challenge. Based on the theories of PEST and SWOT, this paper makes a detailed evaluation of the political, economic, social, cultural and technological factors in the macro-environment of freight transportation of Chengdu Railway Administration, and concludes the opportunities and threats in the macro-environment. This paper comprehensively analyzes the competitive environment of the freight transport industry in Chengdu Railway Administration, and systematically expounds the relationship and development trend between the Railway Administration and suppliers, purchasers, substitutes, competitors; After deeply analyzing the external environment and competition, this paper further analyzes the internal resource structure, points out the problems existing in the internal resource composition, organizational structure and management, and finds out the profit area of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the advantages of the freight transportation resources and the competitive environment of Chengdu Railway Administration, this paper puts forward a large-scale operation based on the railway line network and a large number of storage stations along the railway line. As well as railway semi-militarization management and centralized unified command training super strong core competitiveness, gradually establish a customer solution model, brand model, professional model, value chain positioning model and other profit models, Finally, the Chengdu Railway Bureau became a new type of transportation enterprise.
