遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同度研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著港口物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,港口對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)作用愈加明顯,港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)二者之間的關(guān)系也越來(lái)越緊密。因此,如何衡量二者之間的協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系,以制定更為合理的區(qū)域和港口發(fā)展規(guī)劃,帶動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和港口物流的快速發(fā)展,就成為一個(gè)迫切需要研究的課題。 基于現(xiàn)階段學(xué)術(shù)上對(duì)港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的研究處于初級(jí)階段,定量衡量方法較少且存在各種缺陷的現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文擬研究如何建立能夠客觀評(píng)價(jià)港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展程度的定量模型,并運(yùn)用建立的模型測(cè)算遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶二者協(xié)同度。研究成果希望有助于國(guó)內(nèi)外港區(qū)協(xié)同度的客觀評(píng)價(jià),為政府制定更加合理的港區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供理論依據(jù)。 本文在結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,首先界定港口物流和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的定義,定性分析港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的發(fā)展關(guān)系。然后在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)協(xié)同學(xué)理論,建立港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同度模型。最后運(yùn)用該模型測(cè)算遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶二者之間的協(xié)同度,一方面驗(yàn)證模型的有效性,另一方面探討遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶整體和各城市港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展的水平。 研究結(jié)果表明,本文所建港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同度模型能夠較全面的反映出港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)二者之間的協(xié)同發(fā)展程度,該模型具有普遍適用性。遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶港口物流與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同度處在高度協(xié)同狀態(tài),但是協(xié)同度增勢(shì)不斷減緩,研究結(jié)果可為遼寧沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶港口物流政策和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的制定提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of port logistics industry, the role of port to the regional economy is more and more obvious, and the relationship between port logistics and regional economy is becoming more and more close. Therefore, how to measure the cooperative development relationship between the two, to formulate more reasonable regional and port development planning, and to promote the rapid development of regional economy and port logistics, has become an urgent need to study. Based on the fact that the academic research on the coordinated development of port logistics and regional economy is in the primary stage, there are few quantitative methods and various defects. This paper intends to study how to establish a quantitative model that can objectively evaluate the degree of coordinated development between port logistics and regional economy, and use the established model to calculate the degree of coordination between the two of Liaoning coastal economic belt. It is hoped that the research results will be helpful to the objective evaluation of the coordination degree of the port areas at home and abroad and provide the theoretical basis for the government to formulate more reasonable development plans for the port areas. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, this paper firstly defines the definition of port logistics and regional economy, and qualitatively analyzes the development relationship between port logistics and regional economy. Then, based on the related literature, the model of cooperation degree between port logistics and regional economy is established according to the theory of synergy. Finally, this model is used to calculate the degree of synergy between the two of Liaoning coastal economic belt. On the one hand, the validity of the model is verified; on the other hand, the level of coordinated development between logistics and regional economy in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province and the port logistics and regional economy in each city is discussed. The results show that the cooperative degree model of port logistics and regional economy can reflect the degree of cooperative development between port logistics and regional economy, and this model has universal applicability. The cooperation degree between port logistics and regional economy in Liaoning coastal economic belt is in a highly synergistic state, but the increasing trend of coordination degree is slowing down. The results can provide theoretical basis for the formulation of port logistics policy and regional economic development plan in Liaoning coastal economic belt.
