【摘要】：隨著中國高速鐵路的不斷發(fā)展,高速鐵路運(yùn)行時速、票價等問題受到越來越多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。本文在分析了相關(guān)鐵路票價制定的模型和方法后,提出基于時間價值的中國高速鐵路票價制定的雙層規(guī)劃模型,并以我國中西部地區(qū)鄭西高速鐵路為實(shí)證研究對象,驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性。研究得出:鄭西高速鐵路目前的票價在合理范圍內(nèi),一定程度的上浮也在中高收入水平出行者的承受范圍之內(nèi)。高速鐵路票價制定的合理性研究,有利于促進(jìn)鐵路運(yùn)輸部門服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升,也有利于引導(dǎo)消費(fèi)者科學(xué)理性地選擇出行方式。
[Abstract]:With the development of high-speed railway in China, more and more scholars pay attention to the speed and ticket price of high-speed railway. After analyzing the models and methods of railway fare making, this paper puts forward a double-level programming model of China's high-speed railway fare based on time value, and takes Zheng Xi high-speed railway in the central and western regions of China as an empirical research object. The rationality of the model is verified. It is concluded that the current fares of the Zhengxi high-speed railway are within the reasonable range, and to a certain extent, they are also within the bearing range of the middle and high income level travelers. The research on the reasonableness of high speed railway fare establishment is helpful to promote the service quality of railway transportation department and guide consumers to choose travel mode scientifically and rationally.
