基于RFID的港口集裝箱管理系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)采集研究

【摘要】:在集裝箱智能管理中,數(shù)字化和信息化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用一直是人們研究的重點(diǎn),目前已有多種先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用到集裝箱管理當(dāng)中,如RDT技術(shù)等。但這些技術(shù)都無(wú)法更快速的解決集裝箱的箱號(hào)識(shí)別及基本信息的采集問(wèn)題,目前傳統(tǒng)的箱號(hào)識(shí)別和人工數(shù)據(jù)采集使得集裝箱的物流流動(dòng)效率低下,且差錯(cuò)率比較高,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,人們把目光轉(zhuǎn)向新興的技術(shù),而RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)的興起,剛好滿足了人們的需求。 本文圍繞港口集裝箱自動(dòng)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)展開(kāi)研究。首先,理解RFID的技術(shù)原理、組成及工作流程,并結(jié)合港口集裝箱管理的主要作業(yè)流程及目前已有的信息技術(shù),找出港區(qū)集裝箱管理中所存在問(wèn)題,并指出RFID技術(shù)在港口集裝箱管理中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)點(diǎn)。隨后根據(jù)集裝箱電子標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)特殊的運(yùn)作環(huán)境對(duì)系統(tǒng)中RFID關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的需求進(jìn)行了分析,包括標(biāo)簽的選擇、閱讀器的選擇、工作頻率的選擇、識(shí)別信息的分類、金屬防干擾的解決方案等,在此需求分析基礎(chǔ)之上詳細(xì)構(gòu)建基于RFID的集裝箱管理系統(tǒng)體系構(gòu)架及功能模塊,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)工作流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。最后,在自動(dòng)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的需求分析以及系統(tǒng)研究基礎(chǔ)之上,針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)采集研究中的通信模塊的選型,設(shè)備的安裝方案以及防碰撞算法進(jìn)行研究,并通過(guò)實(shí)地測(cè)試、調(diào)研及仿真的方法驗(yàn)證其可靠性。
[Abstract]:In container intelligent management, the application of digital and information technology has been the focus of research. At present, a variety of advanced information technology has been applied to container management, such as RDT technology. However, these technologies can not solve the problem of container number identification and basic information collection more quickly. At present, traditional box number identification and manual data acquisition make container logistics flow inefficient, and the error rate is relatively high. To solve these problems, people turn their attention to new technologies, and the rise of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) RFID technology just meets the needs of people. This paper focuses on the port container automatic identification system. First of all, we understand the technical principle, composition and workflow of RFID, and combine the main operation flow of port container management and the existing information technology to find out the existing problems in container management in port area. The application advantages of RFID technology in port container management are also pointed out. Then according to the special operation environment of the container tag system, the requirements of the key RFID technology in the system are analyzed, including the selection of tags, the selection of readers, the selection of working frequency, and the classification of identification information. On the basis of the requirement analysis, the system architecture and function module of container management system based on RFID are constructed in detail, and the workflow of the system is analyzed in detail. Finally, on the basis of the requirement analysis of the key technology of the automatic identification system and the research of the system, the selection of the communication module, the installation scheme of the equipment and the anti-collision algorithm in the data acquisition research are studied, and the field test is carried out. The reliability is verified by investigation and simulation.
