【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級,貼近日常消費者需求的零散白貨的產(chǎn)量快速提升,使得貨源結(jié)構(gòu)和運輸需求發(fā)生了深刻變化。然而我國鐵路一向只關(guān)注大宗貨物市場,忽視增幅不斷的零擔運輸市場,導(dǎo)致我國鐵路貨運市場份額逐年下降。2013年鐵路進行貨運改革,以前被鐵路放棄的零擔運輸成為此次鐵路貨運改革的重點。重啟零擔運輸奪取貨運市場,成為扭轉(zhuǎn)鐵路貨運需求萎縮現(xiàn)狀的關(guān)鍵措施。因此,零擔市場的研究對鐵路顯得尤為重要。其中,對零擔市場的需求研究將成為前提�；谝陨媳尘�,本文展開對零擔市場需求預(yù)測進行研究,具有重要的應(yīng)用價值。本文以北京鐵路局為例,重點研究北京鐵路局零擔市場需求預(yù)測問題。通過對傳統(tǒng)零擔貨物和零散白貨的介紹,給出了鐵路現(xiàn)代零擔貨物的含義,并介紹了我國鐵路零擔運輸?shù)陌l(fā)展歷程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了鐵路重啟零擔運輸?shù)谋厝恍浴Ｈ缓?介紹了運輸需求預(yù)測的含義及基本原理,給出了運輸需求預(yù)測常用的定性和定量預(yù)測方法,通過比較各方法的優(yōu)劣,選出本文兩個單個預(yù)測方法灰色預(yù)測法和多元線性回歸法。并用它們分別對北京鐵路局零擔市場進行了預(yù)測。最后通過熵值法給出兩種預(yù)測方法的加權(quán)系數(shù),構(gòu)建組合預(yù)測模型,進一步對北京鐵路局零擔市場需求量進行了預(yù)測。在對北京鐵路局零擔市場需求預(yù)測的基礎(chǔ)上,對北京鐵路局發(fā)展零擔運輸進行了分析,并提出了北京鐵路局發(fā)展零擔運輸?shù)慕ㄗh。
[Abstract]:With the economic transformation and the upgrading of industrial structure, the output of scattered white goods, which is close to the demand of daily consumers, has been rapidly increased, which has caused profound changes in the supply structure and transportation demand. However, China's railways have always focused only on the bulk goods market, ignoring the growing market of carry-on transport, which has led to a decline in the market share of China's railway freight market year after year. In 2013, the railway carried out freight transport reform. Previously abandoned by the railway load of transport to become the focus of the railway freight reform. Restarting the carload to seize the freight market has become a key measure to reverse the shrinking demand for railway freight. Therefore, the study of the spare-load market is particularly important to the railway. Among them, the demand for the spare-load market research will be the premise. Based on the above background, this paper carries out the research on forecasting the market demand of part-load, which has important application value. Taking Beijing Railway Administration as an example, this paper focuses on forecasting the market demand of Beijing Railway Administration. Through the introduction of traditional cargoes and scattered white cargoes, this paper gives the meaning of modern railway cargoes and introduces the development course of railway cargoes in China. On the basis of this, the necessity of restarting railway transportation of part-load is given. Then, the meaning and basic principle of transportation demand forecasting are introduced, and the qualitative and quantitative forecasting methods commonly used in transportation demand forecasting are given, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared. Two single prediction methods, grey prediction method and multivariate linear regression method, are selected in this paper. And use them separately to Beijing Railway Administration to carry on forecast to the market of spare-load. Finally, the weighted coefficients of the two forecasting methods are given by entropy method, and the combined forecasting model is constructed, and the market demand of Beijing Railway Administration is forecasted. On the basis of forecasting the market demand of Beijing Railway Administration, this paper analyzes on the development of part-load transportation in Beijing Railway Administration, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of part-load transportation in Beijing Railway Administration.
