中集集團事業(yè)部財務指標考核體系的評價

【摘要】:組織績效評價是管理者運用一定的財務指標體系對組織的整體運營效果作出的概括性評價。通過有效的評價,可以為管理人員和利益相關者提供相關信息,為改善組織績效指明方向。本文通過對中集集團事業(yè)部的組織績效評價體系的分析,研究建立一套基于財務比率分析的評價和考核體系。 財務比率分析評價體系需要選用一定的指標進行構建。作為衡量組織績效的標準,指標本身必須能體現(xiàn)對組織管理的綜合要求。從組織的發(fā)展過程來看,一個系統(tǒng)、有序的評價反饋系統(tǒng)對組織的生存和發(fā)展起著至關重要的作用。一方面,財務比率分析指標體系可以對企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標進行有效的承接和分解;另外一方面該指標體系可以更全面的反映企業(yè)的運營情況并能在引導企業(yè)管理者對企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展給予更多關注。
[Abstract]:Organizational performance evaluation is a general evaluation of the overall operational effect of an organization by managers using a certain financial index system. Through effective evaluation, managers and stakeholders can be provided with relevant information and direction for improving organizational performance. Based on the analysis of the organizational performance evaluation system of CIMC Group, this paper studies and establishes a set of evaluation and appraisal system based on financial ratio analysis. The financial ratio analysis and evaluation system needs to select certain indexes to construct. As a measure of organizational performance, the indicators themselves must reflect the comprehensive requirements of organizational management. From the perspective of organizational development, a systematic and orderly evaluation feedback system plays an important role in the survival and development of an organization. On the one hand, the financial ratio analysis index system can carry on the effective undertaking and the decomposition to the enterprise strategic goal; On the other hand, the index system can reflect the operation of the enterprise more comprehensively and can guide the managers to pay more attention to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
