民航企業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)與動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控方法研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),節(jié)約能源和減少碳排放逐漸成為國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。民航企業(yè)作為交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的重要組成部分,大力開(kāi)展節(jié)能優(yōu)化、提高企業(yè)能源效率也是迫在眉睫。但目前一套科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、客觀、合理的民航企業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)體系還沒(méi)有建立起來(lái),不能對(duì)民航企業(yè)能效進(jìn)行有效的評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)多家民航企業(yè)能源消費(fèi)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,收集了大量的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),從民航企業(yè)能源利用、能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)分析入手,建立了一套民航企業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并提出了基于節(jié)能管理的能效動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控方法,試圖為我國(guó)民航企業(yè)在能效評(píng)價(jià)和監(jiān)控方面提供方法和技術(shù)上的支持,從而促進(jìn)節(jié)能優(yōu)化、提高能源效率等工作更科學(xué)合理的開(kāi)展。首先,從我國(guó)民航企業(yè)能耗的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某民航企業(yè)2011-2014的能耗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,并確定了評(píng)價(jià)邊界。同時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)能源效率測(cè)度指標(biāo)的研究,對(duì)民航企業(yè)能源效率的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步詮釋和界定。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)能效影響因素的分析,確定了民航企業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)的基本內(nèi)容,采取定性評(píng)價(jià)與定量分析相結(jié)合的方式,從節(jié)能管理、能源系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面,建立了以高效的能源利用和低強(qiáng)度的污染排放為目標(biāo)的民航企業(yè)能效縱向評(píng)價(jià)模型,并對(duì)各指標(biāo)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述。再次,利用層次分析法和熵值法相組合的方式,確定了各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的組合權(quán)重,盡量保證指標(biāo)權(quán)重的合理性。通過(guò)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究,結(jié)合民航企業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)際需求,選取了以灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法為基礎(chǔ)的能效評(píng)價(jià)方法。以國(guó)內(nèi)某具有代表性的民航企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,充分肯定企業(yè)為提高能效所作的努力和取得的進(jìn)展,同時(shí)找出企業(yè)能效的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),挖掘民航企業(yè)節(jié)能潛力。最后,在動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控方法學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,從能效管理角度出發(fā),提出了基于節(jié)能管理的能效動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控方法。通過(guò)對(duì)民航企業(yè)節(jié)能管理的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控,提高節(jié)能監(jiān)控管理工作的預(yù)見(jiàn)性和前瞻性,將企業(yè)節(jié)能管理效率維持在較高水平,達(dá)到控制企業(yè)能效的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, energy conservation and carbon emission reduction has gradually become a hot issue at home and abroad. As an important part of transportation industry, civil aviation enterprises are urgent to develop energy saving optimization and improve energy efficiency. However, a set of scientific, systematic, objective and reasonable energy efficiency evaluation system for civil aviation enterprises has not been established at present, which can not effectively evaluate the energy efficiency of civil aviation enterprises. By investigating the energy consumption of many civil aviation enterprises in China, collecting a large number of basic data, starting with the analysis of energy utilization and energy consumption structure of civil aviation enterprises, a set of energy efficiency evaluation index system for civil aviation enterprises is established. The dynamic monitoring method of energy efficiency based on energy saving management is put forward in order to provide method and technical support for energy efficiency evaluation and monitoring of civil aviation enterprises in China, so as to promote the optimization of energy efficiency. Improve energy efficiency and other work more scientific and reasonable development. Firstly, based on the actual situation of energy consumption of civil aviation enterprises in China, the energy consumption data of a domestic civil aviation enterprise in 2011-2014 are analyzed, and the evaluation boundary is determined. At the same time, the connotation of energy efficiency of civil aviation enterprises is further interpreted and defined through the research of energy efficiency measurement index. Secondly, through the analysis of the influencing factors of energy efficiency in enterprises, the basic contents of energy efficiency evaluation of civil aviation enterprises are determined, and the methods of combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative analysis are adopted, from three aspects of energy conservation management, energy system and environment system. A longitudinal evaluation model of energy efficiency in civil aviation enterprises is established, which aims at efficient energy utilization and low intensity pollution emission, and the contents of each index are expounded. Thirdly, the combination weight of each evaluation index is determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method, and the rationality of index weight is ensured as far as possible. Based on the research of the evaluation method and the actual demand of the civil aviation enterprise energy efficiency evaluation, the energy efficiency evaluation method based on the grey correlation analysis method is selected. Taking a representative civil aviation enterprise in China as the research object, the evaluation model is verified, and the evaluation results are analyzed. The efforts and progress made by the enterprises to improve energy efficiency are fully affirmed. At the same time find out the weak link of enterprise energy efficiency, excavate civil aviation enterprise energy conservation potential. Finally, based on the research of dynamic monitoring methodology and the results of enterprise energy efficiency evaluation, the energy efficiency dynamic monitoring method based on energy efficiency management is put forward from the point of view of energy efficiency management. Through dynamic monitoring of energy-saving management in civil aviation enterprises, the foresight and foresight of energy-saving monitoring and management are improved, and the efficiency of energy-saving management is maintained at a higher level to achieve the purpose of controlling enterprise energy efficiency.
