【摘要】：近年來,隨著金融危機影響的不斷減弱,世界總體經(jīng)濟也逐漸的復(fù)蘇。雖然世界航運業(yè)的整體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展趨勢是向前進的,但是作為世界航運業(yè)的一個重要組成部分,干散貨航運業(yè)的發(fā)展卻始終不見有多大的起色,相比金融危機前的狀態(tài)還差的十分遙遠。作為干散貨航運業(yè)的主要參與對象,干散貨港口間的競爭是十分激烈的。各干散貨港口為了能夠獲得更多的干散貨貨源,不斷的擴大自身規(guī)模,努力發(fā)展自身的優(yōu)勢,但是在這些競爭活動中許多都是帶有盲目性,最后不但沒有提升自身的競爭力,反而造成了資源的浪費和成本的增加。因此為了干散貨港口能夠更好的適應(yīng)國際經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的環(huán)境,不斷合理的提升自身的競爭力,為港口帶來更大的利益,對干散貨港口的競爭力進行科學(xué)合理的評價是十分必要的,也是港口經(jīng)營者更加關(guān)注的問題。 本文在熟練掌握關(guān)于干散貨港口各方面知識的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試用一種綜合評價方法對干散貨港口競爭力進行科學(xué)和合理的評價。本論文首先根據(jù)影響干散貨港口的因素構(gòu)建出干散貨港口競爭力評價指標體系,然后針對這個競爭力評價指標體系運用綜合評價模型對實例進行求解,最后對求解結(jié)果進行比較分析,最終得出結(jié)論并提出提升干散貨港口競爭力的一些建議和措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous weakening of the impact of the financial crisis, the world economy as a whole is gradually recovering. Although the overall economic development trend of the world shipping industry is moving forward, as an important part of the world shipping industry, the development of the dry bulk shipping industry has never seen much improvement. It is far worse than it was before the financial crisis. As the main object of the dry bulk shipping industry, the competition between dry bulk ports is very fierce. In order to obtain more dry bulk cargo sources, the dry bulk ports constantly expand their own scale and strive to develop their own advantages. However, many of these competition activities are blind, and in the end, they not only do not enhance their own competitiveness, Instead, the waste of resources and cost increases. Therefore, in order that dry bulk port can better adapt to the international economic development environment, continuously and reasonably enhance its own competitiveness, bring greater benefits to the port, it is very necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of dry bulk cargo port scientifically and reasonably. Also is the port operator pays more attention to the question. On the basis of mastering all aspects of dry bulk port, this paper tries to use a comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness of dry bulk port scientifically and reasonably. In this paper, the competitiveness evaluation index system of dry bulk port is constructed according to the factors that affect the dry bulk port, and then the comprehensive evaluation model is used to solve the example. Finally, the results are compared and analyzed, and some suggestions and measures to improve the competitiveness of dry bulk port are put forward.
