薄膜型LNG船舶期租運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)性研究

【摘要】：隨著天然氣資源的發(fā)現(xiàn),天然氣的使用越來越廣泛。成為稀缺清潔資源的LNG在近幾年其生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易越來越活躍,日本、韓國、美國、歐洲這些能源消費(fèi)大國都在興建LNG接收站,引進(jìn)LNG將會(huì)為能源供應(yīng)多元化和能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)改善提供了保障。LNG業(yè)務(wù)已成為國際大石油公司新的利潤增長點(diǎn),在石油發(fā)展之后,世界油氣工業(yè)將會(huì)把LNG作為一個(gè)新熱點(diǎn)成為熱門能源商品，，在全球范圍內(nèi)爭奪。 本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)是船舶租賃和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相關(guān)理論。采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等研究方法對(duì)采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測(cè)算,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果對(duì)薄膜型LNG船舶經(jīng)濟(jì)效益做出評(píng)價(jià),并加以分析、總結(jié)。 在全面分析研究世界LNG貿(mào)易與運(yùn)輸發(fā)展、我國LNG產(chǎn)業(yè)布局及發(fā)展形勢(shì)及薄膜型LNG發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)之后,認(rèn)真了解船舶租賃方式、船舶投資方式、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)基本要素、經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)方法等相關(guān)理論,分析影響薄膜型LNG船舶租賃的主要因素,利用投資回收期、凈現(xiàn)值、內(nèi)部收益率和敏感性分析構(gòu)建模擬分析過程,進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析評(píng)價(jià)。提出制定適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y源引進(jìn)策略,增強(qiáng)對(duì)LNG供應(yīng)方的影響力；以長期合同為主,發(fā)展中、短期貿(mào)易合同；尋找有利的定價(jià)公式等措施提高薄膜型LNG船經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 最后,基于研究的結(jié)論,文章期望對(duì)LNG船舶運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)性提供一定的參考和指導(dǎo)作用,使企業(yè)在做船舶投資前對(duì)以后的運(yùn)營、資本回收的影響時(shí)有一定的方向依據(jù),規(guī)避可能引起的業(yè)績下滑的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促進(jìn)我國LNG產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the discovery of natural gas resources, the use of natural gas is more and more widespread. LNG, a scarce clean resource, has become increasingly active in production and trade in recent years. Japan, South Korea, the United States and Europe, the major energy consuming countries, are all building LNG receiving stations. The introduction of LNG will guarantee the diversification of energy supply and the improvement of energy consumption structure. LNG business has become a new profit growth point for large international oil companies. The world oil and gas industry will take LNG as a new hot spot and become a hot energy commodity. The theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of ship charter and economic benefits. The collected data are measured by the methods of literature research and data analysis. According to the data results, the economic benefits of membrane LNG ships are evaluated, analyzed and summarized. After a comprehensive analysis of the development of LNG trade and transportation in the world, the industrial layout and development situation of LNG in China, and the current situation and trend of development of membrane LNG, the basic elements of ship chartering mode, ship investment mode and economic benefit evaluation are carefully understood. The economic evaluation method and other related theories are used to analyze the main factors affecting the membrane LNG ship charter. The process of simulation analysis is constructed by using the investment payback period, net present value, internal rate of return and sensitivity analysis, and the economic analysis is carried out. The paper puts forward some measures to improve the economic benefit of LNG ship, such as making appropriate resource introduction strategy, enhancing the influence on LNG supplier, focusing on long-term contract, developing medium and short term trade contract, finding favorable pricing formula and so on. Finally, based on the conclusion of the research, the paper expects to provide a certain reference and guidance to the economy of LNG ship transportation, so that the enterprise will have a certain direction basis for the future operation and capital recovery before making the ship investment. To avoid the risk of performance decline and promote the development of LNG industry in China.
