越南廉價航空業(yè)客運發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:美國西南航空公司的成立標志著一種新型航空模式—一廉價航空模式的誕生,然而西南航空公司成立之初卻并不被人看好,因為它在很大程度上顛覆了人們對航空公司的固有印象,但是隨著美國各大航空公司在經(jīng)濟蕭條時期紛紛損失嚴重的同時,西南航空公司卻一枝獨秀,成績輝煌,人們開始重新審視和效仿這種顛覆傳統(tǒng)的廉價航空模式,廉價航空成為世界航空業(yè)發(fā)展的一大趨勢。 越南航空業(yè)起步并不晚,早在20世紀50年代初期就成立了越南本國的航空公司,越南航空業(yè)經(jīng)過整合、規(guī)劃、快速發(fā)展三個階段,在近十多年中取得了長足的進步和發(fā)展,1995年,越南在整合原有20多家航空運輸和服務公司的基礎上成立了越南航空公司。越南整個社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的特點非常適合廉價航空業(yè)的發(fā)展,廉價航空業(yè)在越南必將擁有非常廣闊的市場空間,對越南廉價航空業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來趨勢進行研究和探討,構建越南廉價航空業(yè)發(fā)展模式,有助于促進越南整體航空業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,為其發(fā)展航空業(yè)找到突破口,在一定程度上對整個越南國民經(jīng)濟起到良好的帶動作用。 本文首先對越南廉價航空業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行詳細研究,結合國外成熟的廉價航空發(fā)展模式,與越南廉價航空進行對比,借鑒國外先進理念和做法。之后通過運用PEST等分析工具對越南發(fā)展廉價航空業(yè)的政策環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、技術環(huán)境等進行詳細研究,對越南廉價航空業(yè)發(fā)展所存在的優(yōu)勢、機遇,所面臨的劣勢、挑戰(zhàn)進行分析,在這些研究的基礎上,構建越南廉價航空發(fā)展模式,提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The establishment of Southwest Airlines marks the birth of a new aviation model, a low-cost aviation model. However, Southwest Airlines was not expected at the beginning of its establishment. Because it subverts the stereotype of airlines to a large extent, but as the major American airlines have suffered severe losses during the recession, Southwest Airlines has outshone others and achieved brilliant results. People began to re-examine and imitate the traditional low-cost aviation model, low-cost aviation has become a major trend of the development of the world aviation industry. Vietnam's aviation industry started not late. As early as the early 1950s, Vietnam's own airlines were established. After three stages of integration, planning and rapid development, Vietnam's aviation industry has made considerable progress and development in the past decade or so. In 1995, Vietnam established Vietnam Airlines on the basis of the integration of more than 20 existing air transport and service companies. The characteristics of the whole social and economic environment of Vietnam are very suitable for the development of the cheap aviation industry, which will have a very broad market space in Vietnam. The present situation and future trend of the development of the cheap aviation industry in Vietnam are studied and discussed. The construction of the development model of Vietnam's cheap aviation industry will help to promote the overall development of Vietnam's aviation industry, find a breakthrough for its development, and to a certain extent, play a good driving role in the whole Vietnamese national economy. In this paper, the development status of cheap aviation industry in Vietnam is studied in detail. Combining with the mature development mode of cheap aviation abroad, this paper compares it with Vietnam's cheap aviation industry, and draws lessons from foreign advanced ideas and practices. After that, by using PEST and other analytical tools to study the policy environment, social environment, economic environment and technological environment of developing cheap aviation industry in Vietnam in detail, the advantages, opportunities, and disadvantages faced by the development of cheap aviation industry in Vietnam are studied in detail. On the basis of these studies, this paper constructs the development model of cheap aviation in Vietnam and puts forward some policy recommendations.
