LPG循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種新興的運(yùn)輸模式,對(duì)于提高車輛運(yùn)行效率、降低物流運(yùn)輸成本、促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排、推動(dòng)綠色物流發(fā)展具有重要意義。2010年政府開始加大推廣甩掛運(yùn)輸力度,明確將“推行公路甩掛運(yùn)輸”作為重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的節(jié)能減排任務(wù)。隨著政府推廣和扶持力度的加大,各地廣泛開展公路甩掛運(yùn)輸,我國(guó)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展開始慢慢步入正軌。 LPG作為一種清潔能源,未來(lái)市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,但目前LPG運(yùn)輸調(diào)度的優(yōu)勢(shì)主要集中在罐式集裝箱的多式聯(lián)運(yùn),而公路運(yùn)輸在LPG的整個(gè)運(yùn)輸過程中占有較大比重,公路運(yùn)輸成本卻一直居高不下,針對(duì)目前LPG發(fā)展所面對(duì)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),本文將新興的甩掛運(yùn)輸模式運(yùn)用于LPG的公路運(yùn)輸過程,以期提高LPG公路運(yùn)輸?shù)男、降低運(yùn)輸成本,提高LPG在清潔能源市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文從LPG的產(chǎn)量、場(chǎng)站布局、自身特點(diǎn)以及政府對(duì)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)牡姆龀终叩冉嵌确治隽薒PG開展公路甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)谋匾?并為其選擇了合理的甩掛運(yùn)輸組織形式。針對(duì)目前LPG內(nèi)陸分布的各場(chǎng)、站、庫(kù)節(jié)點(diǎn)的貨運(yùn)需求,經(jīng)過合理的假設(shè)建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型。模型主要解決的問題是:在每輛牽引車每天具有最大行駛里程限制、各取貨節(jié)點(diǎn)(甩掛對(duì)前點(diǎn))具有取貨時(shí)間窗限制的條件下,如何開展LPG循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸,能夠使完成整個(gè)運(yùn)輸任務(wù)的總成本最少,并且使?fàn)恳嚨耐度霐?shù)量最少。模型采用禁忌搜索算法進(jìn)行求解,最終給出LPG循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度的合理方案。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of transportation, swing and hang transportation is of great significance to improve the efficiency of vehicle operation, reduce the cost of logistics transportation, promote energy saving and emission reduction, and promote the development of green logistics. Specifically, the implementation of road transport as a key area of energy conservation and emission reduction task. With the increase of government promotion and support, highway transportation is widely carried out. As a kind of clean energy, LPG has a broad market prospect in the future. But at present, the advantages of LPG transportation scheduling are mainly concentrated in the multimodal transport of tank containers, and road transportation occupies a large proportion in the whole process of LPG transportation. However, the cost of highway transportation has been high all the time. In view of the opportunities and challenges facing the development of LPG at present, this paper applies the new mode of jettisoning transportation to the road transportation process of LPG in order to improve the efficiency of LPG highway transportation and reduce the transportation cost. Improve the competitiveness of LPG in the clean energy market. This paper analyzes the necessity of LPG transportation in highway from the point of view of output, station layout, its own characteristics and the government's supporting policy to swing and hang transportation, and selects a reasonable form of transportation organization for it. According to the freight demand of each field, station and storage node in the inland distribution of LPG at present, the mathematical model is established through reasonable assumptions. The main problems solved by the model are: how to carry out LPG cycle swing transportation under the condition that each tractor has the maximum mileage limit every day, and each pick-up node has the time window limit. The total cost of completing the whole transportation task and the quantity of the tractor input can be minimized. Tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model, and finally a reasonable scheme of LPG cyclic swing and hang scheduling is given.
