【摘要】：隨著中國國民經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)步增長,汽車生產(chǎn)和銷售、商品車進出口持續(xù)快速增長。港口作為運輸體系中的樞紐,是汽車物流中的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是汽車物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要依托。近幾年,我國港口汽車運輸體系得到不斷完善,滾裝運輸也得到了快速發(fā)展,汽車碼頭建設(shè)發(fā)展前景十分廣闊。 我國港口汽車碼頭規(guī)劃建設(shè)已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,大連港汽車碼頭是大連建設(shè)成為東北亞航運中心的重要載體和組成部分,也承擔(dān)著重要的社會和企業(yè)責(zé)任。隨著我國東北地區(qū)汽車制造業(yè)的復(fù)蘇及大連汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,汽車滾裝船舶大型化的趨勢更加明顯,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對港口碼頭設(shè)施的需求日益增加,大連港現(xiàn)有汽車碼頭在港口規(guī)模、吞吐量及物流體系建設(shè)等方面都還存在一定差距,港口綜合實力和影響力不足,可能引發(fā)很多發(fā)展性問題,因此,在大窯灣北岸規(guī)劃發(fā)展汽車碼頭,對于促進大連汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、完善東北汽車物流體系建設(shè)、推動大連東北亞國際航運中心建設(shè)具有重大戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文在分析我國汽車物流產(chǎn)業(yè)及汽車碼頭發(fā)展?fàn)顩r基礎(chǔ)上,研究大連港現(xiàn)有汽車碼頭的發(fā)展與不足,通過對大連港北岸規(guī)劃汽車碼頭進行定量、定性需求分析,闡述了大連港發(fā)展北岸汽車碼頭的必要性,對北岸汽車碼頭的發(fā)展環(huán)境進行SWOT分析,把握汽車碼頭發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅,為制定北岸汽車碼頭戰(zhàn)略奠定了基礎(chǔ)。同時結(jié)合大連港汽車碼頭的實際情況,確立了北岸發(fā)展汽車碼頭的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)思想——發(fā)展商品汽車運輸、建設(shè)大型現(xiàn)代化的綜合性國際汽車碼頭,實現(xiàn)大窯灣港區(qū)成為商品汽車轉(zhuǎn)運中心、東北地區(qū)區(qū)域汽車物流中心戰(zhàn)略。本文對大窯灣北岸汽車碼頭發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,將為大連港大窯灣港區(qū)汽車碼頭規(guī)劃建設(shè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the steady growth of China's national economy, automobile production and sales, the import and export of commercial vehicles continued to grow rapidly. As the hub of transportation system, port is an important link in automobile logistics, and also an important support for the development of automobile logistics industry. In recent years, China's port automobile transportation system has been continuously improved, ro-ro transport has also been rapid development, automobile wharf construction and development prospects are very broad. The planning and construction of China's port automobile wharf has begun to take shape. Dalian Auto Wharf is an important carrier and component of Dalian as a shipping center in Northeast Asia, and it also bears important social and enterprise responsibilities. With the recovery of automobile manufacturing industry in Northeast China and the vigorous development of Dalian automobile industry, the trend of large scale automobile ro / ro ships is more obvious, and the demand for port and wharf facilities is increasing day by day with the development of automobile industry. There are still some gaps in the port scale, throughput and the construction of logistics system in the existing automobile wharf of Dalian Port. The lack of comprehensive strength and influence of the port may lead to a lot of developmental problems. The planning and development of automobile wharf on the north bank of Dayaowan is of great strategic significance for promoting the development of Dalian automobile industry, perfecting the construction of northeast automobile logistics system and promoting the construction of Dalian Northeast Asia international shipping center. On the basis of analyzing the development of automobile logistics industry and automobile wharf in our country, this paper studies the development and deficiency of existing automobile wharf in Dalian Port, and analyzes the quantitative and qualitative demand of the automobile wharf in the north bank of Dalian Port. This paper expounds the necessity of Dalian Port to develop the north bank automobile wharf, analyzes the development environment of the north bank automobile wharf by SWOT, grasps the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the automobile wharf development, and lays a foundation for formulating the north bank automobile wharf strategy. At the same time, according to the actual situation of Dalian port automobile wharf, it has established the strategic guiding ideology of developing automobile wharf in the north shore, that is, developing commercial automobile transportation and building a large-scale modern comprehensive international automobile wharf. To realize the Dayaowan port area as the transit center of commercial vehicles, and the northeast regional automobile logistics center strategy. The study on the development strategy of the automobile wharf in the north bank of Dayaowan will provide a useful reference for the planning and development strategy of the automobile wharf in Dayaowan port of Dalian port.
