【摘要】：我國道路客運在綜合運輸體系中占據(jù)著重要地位,并且飛速發(fā)展,但道路客運與其它運輸工具的競爭日益激烈,班車客運經營成本不斷增加,道路客運發(fā)展面臨種種困難和競爭。本文基于成本收益分析理論,對我國道路客運營運中的車輛購置成本、經營成本、賦稅和代理費用等進行了深度的分析,對影響我國道路客運營運收益的票制票價和客流進行了詳細論述,討論了制約我國道路客運發(fā)展的瓶頸,同時也得出了在國民經濟的快速發(fā)展、交通大發(fā)展的背景下道路客運依然具有廣闊的發(fā)展空間的結論。本文結合本職工作和遼寧地區(qū)實際情況進行了案例分析,總結了成本收益分析在道路客運中的應用,研究了在困境中道路客運發(fā)展的趨勢和措施,并提出了新形勢下道路客運經營對策,希望能夠幫助道路客運經營者更好地把握發(fā)展方向,在運營中實施有效的成本控制策略、提高企業(yè)自身競爭力、爭取更多經濟效益。
[Abstract]:China's road passenger transport occupies an important position in the comprehensive transportation system and develops rapidly. However, the competition between road passenger transport and other means of transport is becoming increasingly fierce, and the operating cost of passenger transport by shuttle bus is increasing. The development of road passenger transport faces various difficulties and competition. Based on the cost-benefit analysis theory, this paper makes a deep analysis of the purchase cost, operating cost, tax and agency cost of the road passenger transport operation in China. This paper discusses in detail the ticket price and passenger flow which affect the income of the road passenger transport operation in China, discusses the bottleneck restricting the development of the road passenger transport in China, and at the same time, obtains the rapid development of the national economy. Under the background of the great development of traffic, the road passenger transport still has the conclusion of broad development space. In this paper, the author makes a case study based on his own work and the actual situation in Liaoning, summarizes the application of cost-benefit analysis in road passenger transport, and studies the development trend and measures of road passenger transport in the difficult situation. The paper also puts forward the management countermeasures of road passenger transport under the new situation, hoping to help the road passenger transport operators better grasp the direction of development, implement effective cost control strategy in operation, improve the enterprises' own competitiveness and strive for more economic benefits.
