中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)與日本兩國(guó)地理位置一衣帶水,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)頻繁,進(jìn)入本世紀(jì)以來(lái)兩國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易額更是突飛猛進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速的發(fā)展,對(duì)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)都產(chǎn)生了積極影響。然而,2012年,中日雙邊關(guān)系全面轉(zhuǎn)冷并惡化至邦交正;詠(lái)的最低點(diǎn),中日貿(mào)易額受到嚴(yán)重影響,貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)也發(fā)生較大變化。在中日貿(mào)易過(guò)程中承擔(dān)重要角色的中日航線也受到深遠(yuǎn)的影響,經(jīng)營(yíng)中日航線的船公司亟需隨貿(mào)易狀況的變化及時(shí)調(diào)整經(jīng)營(yíng)策略。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹中日貿(mào)易發(fā)展概況,進(jìn)而總結(jié)中日航線集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)暮骄特征,再?gòu)倪\(yùn)量、運(yùn)力、運(yùn)價(jià)三個(gè)方面對(duì)該航線市場(chǎng)狀況進(jìn)行分析。其次,以2012年中日貿(mào)易總額再次出現(xiàn)負(fù)增長(zhǎng)為標(biāo)志,從貿(mào)易額、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)等方面探討新形勢(shì)下,中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)發(fā)生的變化。再次,對(duì)從事中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)慕?jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,并對(duì)中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行運(yùn)量預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)合運(yùn)力增速情況,提出未來(lái)中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。此外,選取P公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),分析2012年及2013年中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸企業(yè)盈虧平衡點(diǎn)的變化。最后,結(jié)合中日經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系惡化對(duì)中日集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的影響以及該市場(chǎng)存在的低運(yùn)價(jià)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)秩序混亂等問(wèn)題,為船公司提出相應(yīng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)建議,以期對(duì)集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸企業(yè)擺脫“價(jià)格戰(zhàn)”、走出經(jīng)營(yíng)困境、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The geographical position of China and Japan is a narrow strip, and the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries have been frequent for a long time. The trade volume between the two countries has been advancing by leaps and bounds since the beginning of this century, which has achieved rapid development and has had a positive impact on the economies of both countries. However, in 2012, the bilateral relations between China and Japan were completely cooled and deteriorated to the lowest level since the normalization of diplomatic relations, and the trade volume between China and Japan was seriously affected and the trade structure changed greatly. The Sino-Japanese routes, which play an important role in the Sino-Japanese trade process, are also affected profoundly. The shipping companies operating the Sino-Japanese routes urgently need to adjust their management strategies in time with the changes of the trade situation. This paper first introduces the general situation of Sino-Japanese trade development, then summarizes the characteristics of container shipping routes between China and Japan, and then analyzes the market situation of this route from three aspects: volume, capacity and freight rate. Secondly, taking the negative growth of the total trade volume of China and Japan in 2012 as the symbol, this paper probes into the changes in the container transport market of China and Japan under the new situation from the aspects of trade volume and trade structure. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Sino-Japanese container transportation enterprises, forecasts the volume of container transportation market, and puts forward the future development trend of Sino-Japanese container transport market. In addition, the operating data of P Company are selected to analyze the change of break-even point of container transportation enterprises in China and Japan in 2012 and 2013. Finally, considering the impact of the deterioration of Sino-Japanese economic and trade relations on the container transport market between China and Japan, and the problems existing in the market, such as low freight rates and chaotic market competition, the paper puts forward corresponding management suggestions for shipping companies. In order to get rid of the "price war", get out of the predicament of management and realize the sustainable development of container liner transportation enterprises.
