嘉興市內(nèi)河港口物流信息平臺(tái)構(gòu)建研究
[Abstract]:Jiaxing is located in the developed area of Yangtze River Delta and is one of the most developed inland navigation areas in China. In order to transform the location advantage into the regional logistics advantage and become the regional inland river logistics center, the key to integrate the existing logistics elements with the inland river logistics information is to construct a regional inland river port logistics information platform. In this way, the cooperation mechanism of regional government departments can be established to provide a good market environment for enterprises. Research on the Construction of Inland River Port Logistics Information platform in Jiaxing City through the analysis of the policy environment and importance of developing inland port logistics in Jiaxing City, The development prospect of inland river port logistics industry in Jiaxing city was analyzed by SWOT method, and combined with the development trend of inland economy and the characteristics of industry, the annual logistics demand of Jiaxing inland river port was predicted by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the existing transportation information, technology development and application, this paper studies the construction of logistics information and platform through the combination of integration, transformation and new construction, and regards this as an important means to improve the efficiency of port logistics. Based on the experience of some logistics information construction cases at home and abroad, this paper designs the functional framework of Jiaxing inland port logistics information platform and puts forward some suggestions for the basic network and application system construction planning of the logistics information platform. This paper puts forward that the investment and financing system of Jiaxing inland river port logistics information platform can be implemented by three kinds of construction modes: government, society and enterprise. The functional requirements of the logistics platform can be divided into three levels: logistics enterprise, customer enterprise and port and shipping management according to the using object and scope. The platform logic framework consists of four parts: basic network platform, inland port logistics public information platform, inland river logistics trading platform and inland river logistics management information platform. The construction of logistics information platform can be promoted step by integrating city resources, strengthening regional cooperation and integrating into international system.
