京滬高鐵虹橋項目的項目組織與團隊管理

【摘要】:項目組織與團隊管理作為一種重要的項目管理方法,在內(nèi)容上更深入,在程序與分工上更細化,對現(xiàn)場管理人員素質(zhì)等方面要求更高,在具體施工項目方面有著很大的優(yōu)越性。項目組織與團隊管理強調(diào)項目組織的協(xié)調(diào)和團隊效應的結(jié)合,重視項目管理的事前、事中和事后的全過程控制。強調(diào)將項目管理成果與參與人員的利益掛鉤,體現(xiàn)了按勞分配的原則,是實踐中較為有效的項目管理方法。 項目組織的合理有序、團隊合作的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一,怎樣提高全體工作者的主觀能動性是目前絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)需要關(guān)心的問題,一個組織、一個團隊就像是一個系統(tǒng),它是會產(chǎn)生連鎖反應的。但往往導致項目組織無序、團隊合作不愉快的原因比較復雜,有時候可能是某單個原因造成的,也可能是由多個因素一起交織產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果。在項目的具體實踐中,只有積極主動發(fā)現(xiàn)原因和關(guān)心廣大工作者的所思所求,再根據(jù)具體掌握的原因,積極采取一些有效的措施來真正幫助大家解決問題,讓大家感受來自企業(yè)的溫暖,這樣企業(yè)項目和員工才能“雙贏”。 本文首先對項目組織與團隊管理的研究意義和目的做了分析,為本文研究提供理論基礎和現(xiàn)實背景,在緒論部分對項目組織與團隊管理的基本理念和方法做了介紹。在此基礎上,給出了項目組織與團隊管理體系指標和主要內(nèi)容。然后,結(jié)合京滬高鐵虹橋項目實施過程中項目組織與團隊管理中存在的實際問題,包括:消息傳遞問題、人員流失問題、執(zhí)行效率等,通過分析和總結(jié),針對該項目組織與團隊管理中存在的問題與相關(guān)理論知識結(jié)合起來進行分析,然后對存在的各種問題提出了一些具體的對策。文章最后,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段項目組織與團隊管理中的一點思路,并對其前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Project organization and team management, as an important method of project management, are more in-depth in content, more detailed in procedure and division of labor, higher requirements for the quality of field management personnel, and have great superiority in specific construction projects. Project organization and team management emphasize the combination of project organization coordination and team effect, and attach importance to the whole process control of project management before, during and after the project management. It is emphasized to link the project management results with the interests of the participants, which embodies the principle of distribution according to work and is an effective project management method in practice. The rational order of project organization, the coordination and unity of team cooperation, how to improve the subjective initiative of all workers is the problem that most enterprises need to care about at present. An organization or a team is like a system. It has a chain reaction. However, it often leads to the disorder of the project organization, and the reasons for the unpleasantness of the team cooperation are complex. Sometimes it is caused by a single reason, or it may be the result of the intertwining of several factors. In the specific practice of the project, only by actively discovering the reasons and caring for the thinking and demands of the vast number of workers, and then according to the specific understanding of the reasons, we should actively take some effective measures to really help everyone solve the problem. Let everyone feel the warmth from the enterprise, so that enterprise projects and employees can "win-win". This paper first analyzes the significance and purpose of project organization and team management, provides the theoretical basis and practical background for this study, and introduces the basic concepts and methods of project organization and team management in the introduction part. On this basis, the index and main contents of project organization and team management system are given. Then, combined with the actual problems in the project organization and team management in the implementation of the high-speed railway Hongqiao project in Beijing and Shanghai, including: the problem of message transmission, the problem of staff loss, the efficiency of execution, etc., through analysis and summary, Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the project organization and team management and related theoretical knowledge, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures to the various problems. At last, this paper summarizes some ideas of project organization and team management at present, and looks forward to the future of project organization and team management.
