天津港港口物流金融研究

【摘要】:天津港是我國(guó)沿海主樞紐港和綜合運(yùn)輸體系的重要樞紐,是京津冀現(xiàn)代化綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易的主要口岸,是華北、西北地區(qū)能源物資和原材料運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕修D(zhuǎn)港,是北方地區(qū)的集裝箱干線港和發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流的重要港口,年吞吐量超過(guò)4.5億。 隨著港口各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,天津港的主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)必須擁有自己獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),才能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席之地。 本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外港口發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出天津港應(yīng)打造物流金融體系,開(kāi)展物流金融相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。本文分析了天津港打造物流金融體系的“天時(shí)地利人和”優(yōu)勢(shì),,并為天津港港口物流金融設(shè)計(jì)出三個(gè)階段——質(zhì)押監(jiān)管階段、信息化管理階段和供應(yīng)鏈管理階段,天津港沿著這三個(gè)階段循序漸進(jìn)的發(fā)展。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)階段的具體業(yè)務(wù)模式和業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出解決辦法;針對(duì)不同業(yè)務(wù)模式的業(yè)務(wù)管理流程、具體操作方式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)把控進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,測(cè)算了三個(gè)階段的業(yè)務(wù)給天津港帶來(lái)的業(yè)務(wù)收入和利潤(rùn),提高天津港的港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is the main coastal hub port and the important hub of the integrated transportation system in China. It is an important node of the modern comprehensive transportation network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the main port of foreign trade. It is North China. The main transit port for the transportation of energy materials and raw materials in Northwest China is the container trunk port in the northern region and the important port for developing modern logistics. The annual throughput exceeds 450 million. With the rapid development of port business, Tianjin Port's main business must have its own unique advantages in order to be able to occupy a place in the fierce market competition. Based on the present situation of port development at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that Tianjin Port should build logistics financial system and carry out logistics finance related business. This paper analyzes the advantage of Tianjin Port in creating logistics financial system, and designs three stages for port logistics finance of Tianjin Port: pledge supervision stage, information management stage and supply chain management stage. Tianjin Port along these three stages of gradual development. This paper designs the three stages of the specific business model and business risks, and puts forward solutions; According to the business management process of different business models, the specific operation mode and risk control are analyzed in detail, and the business income and profit brought to Tianjin Port by three stages of business are calculated, and the competitiveness of Tianjin Port is improved.
