值機(jī)柜臺(tái)服務(wù)水平改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:值機(jī),即為旅客在航站樓內(nèi)辦理乘機(jī)手續(xù),是旅客體驗(yàn)航空服務(wù)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。確認(rèn)值機(jī)柜臺(tái)數(shù)量和值機(jī)柜臺(tái)分配是機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓規(guī)劃的重要內(nèi)容,而且值機(jī)服務(wù)直接影響航空運(yùn)輸整體效率和質(zhì)量水平。高效率的值機(jī)服務(wù)可以增強(qiáng)旅客對(duì)航空運(yùn)輸?shù)臐M意度。目前,機(jī)場(chǎng)在高峰期航站樓內(nèi)擁擠和飛機(jī)延誤都和值機(jī)效率密不可分,所以高效的值機(jī)服務(wù)是機(jī)場(chǎng)所要解決的重要問題。同時(shí),值機(jī)柜臺(tái)過多也會(huì)造成資源浪費(fèi)。因此通過高效的利用機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓值機(jī)柜臺(tái)資源,對(duì)目前A機(jī)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,有效降低旅客排隊(duì)等待時(shí)間,提高機(jī)場(chǎng)的服務(wù)水平,同時(shí)也避免值機(jī)柜臺(tái)資源浪費(fèi)是A國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)急需解決的問題。 隨著生活節(jié)奏加快、社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,時(shí)間已成為人們關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)。飛機(jī)運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展,為人們出行提供了便利,節(jié)約了大量旅途時(shí)間。乘機(jī)流程中的值機(jī)環(huán)節(jié),主要是旅客憑票換取登機(jī)牌,辦理行李托運(yùn)。當(dāng)繁忙時(shí)段,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)擁堵狀況。目前,以往研究重點(diǎn)是運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)排隊(duì)理論,采用近似模型理論分析,而現(xiàn)實(shí)中的值機(jī)服務(wù)遠(yuǎn)比理論模型復(fù)雜的多,所以本文主要根據(jù)實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況對(duì)值機(jī)柜臺(tái)分配問題和值機(jī)服務(wù)之間關(guān)系的研究。首先,綜述值機(jī)方式,闡述目前值機(jī)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。其次,介紹A機(jī)場(chǎng)柜臺(tái)種類與具體配置情況以及機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓內(nèi)值機(jī)流程和安檢流程現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述。然后,結(jié)合A機(jī)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),闡述值機(jī)柜臺(tái)分配方式對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓值機(jī)服務(wù)水平的影響度。最后,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前A機(jī)場(chǎng)值機(jī)服務(wù)存在問題然并提出改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Check-in, which is an important link for passengers to experience aviation service, is to check in at the terminal building. It is confirmed that the number of check-in counters and the distribution of check-in counters are important contents of airport terminal planning, and the check-in service directly affects the overall efficiency and quality level of air transportation. Efficient check-in service can enhance passenger satisfaction with air transport. At present, congestion and aircraft delay are closely related to the efficiency of check-in, so efficient check-in service is an important problem to be solved. At the same time, too many check-in counters will also cause a waste of resources. Therefore, through the efficient use of airport terminal check-in counter resources, to evaluate the current operating situation of Airport A, effectively reduce the waiting time of passengers waiting in line and improve the service level of the airport. At the same time, avoiding the waste of resources at the check-in counter is an urgent problem for A International Airport. With the rapid pace of life and fierce social competition, time has become the focus of attention. The development of aircraft transportation provides convenience for people to travel and saves a lot of travel time. The check-in process is mainly for passengers to exchange boarding passes for baggage check-in. Congestion often occurs during peak hours. At present, the emphasis of previous research is to use traditional queuing theory and approximate model theory to analyze, but in reality, the service of check-in is much more complex than the theoretical model. So this paper mainly according to the actual operation of the check-in counter distribution problem and the relationship between the check-in service. First of all, the paper summarizes the way of checking in, and expounds the development process of the machine at present. Secondly, it introduces the type and configuration of A airport counter, and describes the status quo of airport terminal check-in process and security inspection process. Then, based on the actual data of Airport A, the paper expounds the influence of the distribution of check-in counter on the service level of airport terminal building. At last, we find that there are some problems in A airport check-in service and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
