人力資源管理對(duì)港口物流效率的影響分析

【摘要】:天津港地處于渤海灣經(jīng)濟(jì)帶上,地理?xiàng)l件十分優(yōu)越,輻射范圍相當(dāng)廣泛,交通運(yùn)輸條件便利。天津港擁有遼闊的經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地,在天津港的經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地內(nèi)擁有十分雄厚的人工智力資源。這些智力資源為天津港未來的發(fā)展提供智力保障。天津港作為我國(guó)北方最大的人工深水大港,是我國(guó)華北地區(qū)主要的物流發(fā)展港口,F(xiàn)如今隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng),天津港集團(tuán)公司也得以保持持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì),近些年來天津港物流業(yè)的發(fā)展速度十分迅猛,隨著當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易量的不斷提高,港口物流已經(jīng)成為天津港經(jīng)濟(jì)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),為天津港經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。然而在物流業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的同時(shí),一些問題也隨之暴露了出來。其中一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的問題就是天津港的人力資源管理問題。天津港集團(tuán)公司人力資源管理的一些方面存在著這樣和那樣的問題,這些問題嚴(yán)重制約著天津港物流業(yè)的發(fā)展速度,所以優(yōu)化天津港人力資源管理問題已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。港口企業(yè)的日常生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)離不開人員的參與,所以只有擁有成熟完善的人力資源管理體制,合理的人員分工機(jī)制,合理的機(jī)械與人員的匹配原則以及嚴(yán)密的協(xié)作,才能充分的發(fā)揮每個(gè)勞動(dòng)者的技能和特長(zhǎng),才能有效地提高港口的物流效率。通過本文對(duì)于天津港集團(tuán)公司人力資源管理和港口物流效率關(guān)系的研究分析,探索港口物流企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)的有效模式,從而深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到人力資源管理在港口企業(yè)中是與物質(zhì)資源管理放在同等重要的地位,進(jìn)一步的強(qiáng)調(diào)了人力資源管理對(duì)于提高港口物流效率的核心作用。因此本文通過對(duì)天津港這一比較典型的物流企業(yè)實(shí)施人力資源管理應(yīng)用的案例分析,對(duì)于了解人力資源管理與港口物流效率之間的關(guān)系有著重要的意義。 本文是對(duì)天津港集團(tuán)公司這一比較典型的港口物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析研究,在充分把握天津港歷史發(fā)展背景和天津港管理特點(diǎn)后,明確了改進(jìn)天津港人力資源管理對(duì)于提高企業(yè)物流效率的作用。在本文的研究過程中采用了定性與定量技術(shù)相結(jié)合的分析方法,從天津港人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述和理論研究的方法,收集閱讀了大量相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料和理論,歸納總結(jié)出現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)階段還存在的問題并提出了解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is located in the Bohai Bay economic belt, the geographical condition is very superior, the radiation scope is quite extensive, the transportation condition is convenient. Tianjin Port has a vast economic hinterland, in the economic hinterland of Tianjin Port has a very strong human intelligence resources. These intellectual resources for the future development of Tianjin Port to provide intellectual security. As the largest artificial deepwater port in North China, Tianjin Port is the main logistics development port in North China. Now with the rapid growth of the world economy, Tianjin Port Group Company has been able to maintain a sustained and rapid development trend. In recent years, the logistics industry of Tianjin Port has developed very rapidly, with the increasing trade volume at home and abroad. Port logistics has become a new economic growth point of Tianjin Port economy, and has made great contribution to the development of Tianjin Port economy. However, with the development of the logistics industry, some problems have been exposed. One of the key issues is Tianjin Port's human resources management. There are some problems in some aspects of human resource management of Tianjin Port Group Company. These problems seriously restrict the development speed of Tianjin Port logistics industry, so it is urgent to optimize the human resource management of Tianjin Port. The daily production activities of port enterprises can not be separated from the participation of personnel, so only have mature and perfect human resource management system, reasonable personnel division mechanism, reasonable matching principle between machinery and personnel, and strict cooperation. In order to give full play to the skills and expertise of each laborer, can effectively improve the port logistics efficiency. Through the research and analysis of the relationship between human resource management and port logistics efficiency of Tianjin Port Group Company, this paper explores the effective mode of human resource development in port logistics enterprises. Thus, it is deeply recognized that human resource management is as important as material resource management in port enterprises, and the core role of human resource management in improving port logistics efficiency is further emphasized. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application of human resource management in Tianjin Port, which is a typical logistics enterprise, which is of great significance to understand the relationship between human resource management and port logistics efficiency. This article is to carry on the analysis and research to Tianjin Port Group Company, a relatively typical port logistics enterprise, after fully grasping the historical development background of Tianjin Port and the management characteristics of Tianjin Port, The effect of improving Tianjin Port's human resource management on improving enterprise logistics efficiency is clarified. In the research process of this paper, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to analyze and study the present situation of human resource management in Tianjin Port. Through the methods of literature review and theoretical research, this paper collects and reads a large number of relevant documents and theories, sums up the problems that still exist at the present stage and puts forward some countermeasures.
